HCOSurfer90
How about this one: CP track: http://www.funcoast.com/popup?id=11583&img_id=3#media Aqua Trax Track: http://rcdb.com/ig1646.htm?picture=10 Both are triangular so it doesnt rule out an aqua trax and if it does, please tell me how. jamesdillaman
um.... that track is clearly RED while the aquatrax is clearly WHITE! What more proof do you need? Gosh! -James
HCOSurfer90
^Color still doesnt mean anything, you could have a red aqua trax or a yellow or a green or whatever, it doesnt have to be white. So can you still give me proof?
alpengeist04
The question is, why red again?

alpengeist04
How many red coaster does CP need? Heck, two of the bigger profile coasters are already red. (TTD and Magnum)

ECZenith
Why not a red wing walker? Despite all the aqua trax rumors I really feel this is going to be a prototype. Not too big, but interesting.
alpengeist04
I would like to see a wing walker prototype, myself.

Hey, Just noticing we have the same birthday, Happy birthday, and yeah I'm hoping it isn't an aqua trax, as it just doesn't seem like cedar point's style. -James Dillaman
Milkchan
I doubt its a wing walker because the one reason is that CP already has Wicked Twister and Raptor. The wing walker is just shooting off like the Wicked twister and having the track like the raptor.
ECZenith
Thanks James, hope you enjoyed your birthday as well. (For my bday I'm flying myself to LA for DL, KBF and SFMM!!) While I'm off topic... Jakizle you live in Jamestown RI?? Small world. I live in Warren (near Bristol) ___ Back to the subject... Whatever it is CP gets I just hope it has inversions, and maybe an interesting inversion. Cedar Point hasn't gone upside down in a decade of adding new coasters. (Mantis 1996)
coasterfreak101
In my opinion, an Aqua Trax looks very interesting! I would definately like to see CP get a good QUALITY ride, not necessarily (sp) a big record breaker. But, if they want to break a record, why not go with a 12-looper (I would say 11, but 12 puts a small gap between it and 10)? I don't think this one will hit the skyline too high, that's alot of red!!! --Tyler
cprocks22
I was looking through the hundreds of pictures on Point Buzz and i found this: http://www.pointbuzz.com/gallery.aspx?i=3642 hmm...
okinawaboy11
^ That makes me move more and more away from an Aqua Trax now. I still have my bet on an Inverting Accelerator.

Jeezus Juice
LOL at "YA'LL" instead of "Y'ALL" Someone at the point needs to check their redneck to english dictionary. Anyway, I am now leaning toward some serious competition with Storm Runner. How funny would it be if CP named it Steel Stampede or Renegade!?! -Don
Reon
Or Humdinger I dont want it to be an accellorator because they already have one. Im thinking some sort of intamin looper, possibly with a verticle drop? Maybe the record could be verticle coaster with the most inversions? DATman
I'm confused. Whenever I try to look at the pictures (yes, I'm logged in), I can't see them. Instead it says These Can Only Be Viewed From PointBuzz
jamesdillaman
whatever it is it is surely going to be rather large judging from these pictures. If it is an Aqua Trax, it would be the largest by far judging by the scope of this site, that leads me to believe it's something else. -James
Beber
There are so many footers! Isn't it a good aera to put a 4-Barrel-roll, or any other inversion? It can't be an aquatrax (In my opinion, there are to many footers for an aquatrax). So? Looper.
BeemerBoy
Being the steel fan that I am, it's sounds strange hearing myself say this, but here goes. After closer inspection of the site, and now knowing the track (decoy conspiracy theories aside) is gonna be bright red, I can't help but think the Point fumbled the ball again on this one. What a golden opportunity missed to put up an incredible GCI themed to the old west and named "Maverick." They could have even blown up Mean Streak with some old fashioned dynamite for the Media Day festivities. Oh, well.
Jon Sabo
I've changed my mind. It's now a Hyper-aquatrax coaster with LOOPS!..lol
