chickenbowl
I didn't realize how short the layout is. Wow, it reminds me of a slightly larger version of Oblivion. The immelman and airtime hill look sweet though.
pj.frankophone
It's longer than Oblivion but the drop on Oblivion is quite a bit higher and it's overall a bigger ride, with wider track gauge and trains. The track is huge when you stand up close to it at the point where it goes underground. Seeing these pictures of Krake reminds me of seeing Oblivion being constructed when I was a kid and not knowing what it was going to be... Germany already has some amazing roller coasters, looks like this is going to be another one
larrygator
Why the american flag? Is the construction company American? I have no idea, but some American company must be involved somewhere along the way. Edited January 28, 2011 by larrygator
DBru
According to Screamscape, the coaster's track was manufactured at B&M's Ohio plant. Could that be it?
Pablo237
Looks awesome!! But it looks simple. By the angle of the pictures, I can't tell if there is going to be a Immelmann loop or not. Looks like just a steep turn down to some air hills and then back to station. I don't think this diving machine will match up there with the others. DJeXeL
^^^Consign AG does all PLC programming and electrical wiring for B&Ms.........Just a thought though I'm probably wrong on that being the reason the American flag is there. The fabrication plant in Ohio could definitely be it as well.
Mario M.
The track was manufactured in Cincinnati in Ohio The information comes from a press release
Richard
I can't tell if there is going to be a Immelmann loop or not. I figured, if RCDB lists it as an inversion, I see it as an inversion =D. Although I do agree it does have an incline to it.

Wood Dragon 1988
This is one great looking coaster. I've always really wanted to go to this park (perhaps more than any other European park), and this only adds to my craving. It's amazing to me that this coaster costs more than both SheiKra and Griffon did....I'm not sure if it's just because of inflation or what. As great as it looks, its so much shorter than SheiKra or Griffon and contains like half the elements. It's hard to believe how much B&M rides cost these days. Cheers to the park for at least getting one, regardless of how much smaller it is.

Myself
Only six-wide? Finally, some realism in the RCT2 dive machine trains! It doesn't LOOK like the train extends off the side of the pic... In reality, this does look like a good addition to Heide-Park's lineup. Just another reason for me to wish I could visit...

DarkStitch626
The handles are on upside down... They did the same on Hydra at Dorney. The seat belt clips on Hydra are also hard plastic instead of foam pad topped.
