Awesomefaceninja7 Posted November 19, 2015 Posted November 19, 2015 The Millennium at Fantasy Island. WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE HOW SMOOTH IT IS, EVEN THOUGH IT'S VEKOMA.

fraroc Posted November 20, 2015 Posted November 20, 2015 Battlestar Galactica looks like a fantastic coaster and I really think Vekoma ought to consider that track style for new SLCs. They could really make for enjoyable rides.
HAZE Posted November 20, 2015 Posted November 20, 2015 I still think Ninja at Six Flags Over Georgia is awesome. It isn't rough to me and the layout is unique and very intense Exactly. More coasters need a butterfly inversion. Great inversion with smooth transitions and nice g-forces. Smoothest segment on Ninja for sure. http://www.johnnyupsidedown.com/events/events08/sf12a.jpg
Yubstep101 Posted November 26, 2015 Posted November 26, 2015 Batwing@Six Flags America! I am a big fan of that ride!
larrygator Posted November 26, 2015 Posted November 26, 2015 I don't think I've chimed in here before, but I'll say Stingray in China
Angle O. Descent Posted November 29, 2015 Posted November 29, 2015 1.Rock n' Roller Coaster 2.Expedition Everest 3.Batwing (SFAm)
DoinItForTheFame Posted November 29, 2015 Posted November 29, 2015 My list has changed a bit. So here is my new list! 1.) Expedition Everest 2.) Firehawk 3.) Rock 'n' Roller Coaster 4.) Invertigo
dippindotsguy8 Posted November 30, 2015 Posted November 30, 2015 1. Everest 2. Rock 'n Rollercoaster 3. Standard Boomerangs. I love them.
Nickstroberg Posted December 3, 2015 Posted December 3, 2015 As already stated by others, X-flight/Firehawk for sure! I love the lie to fly/fly to lie transitions, and Vekoma was a lot more imaginative with the layout than the early B&M flyers were. Very creative layout, and a few really forceful elements. Really my only complaint is the lengthy loading process, and how FUCKING LOUD the chain lift is Honorable mention to Nighthawk, GiBs, and the plethora of Disney Vekomas, as they all ride suberbly!
david84 Posted October 6, 2016 Posted October 6, 2016 I like their boomerang coasters like sidewinder at Hersheypark.
david84 Posted October 6, 2016 Posted October 6, 2016 1.Rock n' Roller Coaster2.Expedition Everest 3.Batwing (SFAm) Yeah, Batwing is an awesome coaster.
Johnlloyd Posted October 6, 2016 Posted October 6, 2016 I would have to say the Invertigo. I've been on Invertigo at Kings island (July 2014) and Stinger at Dorney Park (June 2015) and they were incredibly smooth! I'm updating and ranking my favourite Vekoma coasters list as follows: 1. Flying Dutchman (Firehawk at Kings Island) 2. Invertigo (Invertigo at Kings Island and Stinger at Dorney Park) 3. Boomerang (The Bat at Canada's Wonderland) 4. Suspended Family Coaster (Silver Streak at Canada's Wonderland) So, out of all the Vekoma coasters I've been on, I have greatly enjoyed them all except for the Vekoma SLC which is Flight Deck at Canada's Wonderland. Other than that, Vekoma makes some amazing coasters!
DILinator Posted October 6, 2016 Posted October 6, 2016 Easily Expedition Everest! It sits just outside my top 10 overall coasters!
thrilladdict Posted July 4, 2017 Posted July 4, 2017 The GIB's are amazing pieces of engineering when they are working. It's hard to judge their quality knowing that Six Flags added all the extra emergency brakes and changed the ride programming before they opened... it probably wasn't all Vekoma's fault.
bgtlover Posted July 4, 2017 Posted July 4, 2017 Space Mountain at WDW is solid. That's not a Vekoma. It was manufactured by Arrow and designed by Disney. The ones a DL Paris & Hong Kong are Vekoma.
ytterbiumanalyst Posted July 4, 2017 Posted July 4, 2017 Well, as it turns out, I've been on 4: Ninja at SFStL, Boomerang at SFFT, Boomerang at WoF, and Spacely's Sprocket Rockets. So Spacely's Sprocket Rockets. Ninja is absolutely the worst coaster I've ever ridden, and I don't care for the Boomerangs either. Wow, a lot has changed since 2014. I've ridden several more Vekomas, and they've generally been pretty crappy. Apparently none of the coasters at Anaheim Disneyland are Vekomas, so I guess the best one I've been on would be Firehawk at Kings Island. Genuinely good coaster.
ZeroG001 Posted July 4, 2017 Posted July 4, 2017 (edited) Firehawk at King's Island. I rode it for the first time a few weeks ago and was expecting the worst, but it was honestly pretty smooth and a lot of fun! It was my first Vekoma since the days of Deja Vu at SFMM, though, so thankfully I don't have many others to compare it to! Edited July 5, 2017 by ZeroG001
A.J. Posted July 4, 2017 Posted July 4, 2017 Apparently none of the coasters at Anaheim Disneyland are Vekomas, so I guess the best one I've been on would be Firehawk at Kings Island. Genuinely good coaster. How dare you forget the majesty that is Gadget's Go Coaster. The nerve of you.

Never went to Toon Town; way too many awesome rides elsewhere in that park.
cparkes92 Posted July 4, 2017 Posted July 4, 2017 Rock 'n' Roller Coaster (My other major Vekomas are Firehawk, Deja Vu, and Thunderhawk)
