Crazy_Behemoth_Lady_Jess Posted February 8, 2010 Posted February 8, 2010 Vancouver, BC. 14 degrees C most of the day, abit lower in the morning. It's the year of the Olympic Games here and there's not a flake of snow.
Sir Clinksalot Posted February 8, 2010 Posted February 8, 2010 Absolutely BEAUTIFUL morning here. Probably about 55-60 degrees, no clouds in the sky. Just the right tempurature for my morning run ... and it was great!!!
netdvn Posted February 19, 2010 Posted February 19, 2010 After three straight weeks of snow, it's finally nice and warm outside... Â Supposed to be in the 50s today.
Groteslurf Posted February 19, 2010 Posted February 19, 2010 (edited) Probably first time this year that it's not freezing out here. Edited February 20, 2010 by Groteslurf
Hattuchili Posted February 20, 2010 Posted February 20, 2010 ^ Same here, but still some areas covered with snow. I can´t wait that the whole winter thing is over. It was way too long...
cal1br3tto Posted March 7, 2010 Posted March 7, 2010 The weatherman says we are in "meteorological spring". (Try saying that out loud. I can't.) Thank goodness! Winter is my least favorite month in terms of weather. Â Edit: LOL! Season, not month.
Goliath513 Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 So yesterday here it was 80 degrees out and felt like summer. Within the last 5 hours, over 6 inches of snow have been dumped here with more to come tonight. Apparently it is also supposed to be back to warm summer-like weather by the weekend too. Â Colorado - home of the PMS weather patterns.
DarkStitch626 Posted March 25, 2010 Posted March 25, 2010 The current temp is around 65 or so. Its suppose to get warmer then thunderstorm on Sunday.
cal1br3tto Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 Suddenly there is snow all over the ground. This makes perfect sense, since it's sunnier and marginally warmer than it was earlier when there was light, intermittent snow.
TJ27 Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 It's like 23 degrees with 2 inches of snow. Not normal for Michigan weather. In fact the town I used to live in, in CA, has more snow.
Bryce232 Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 I think it's in the 50s or 60s during the day this week. Â I'm one of those freaks who prefers the winter over summer, living in Florida can do that to you.
pdcon Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 just got back from camping over the weekend, pretty sure my balls shrunk to the size of marbles, it was freezing.
Extreme Posted January 18, 2012 Posted January 18, 2012 Its stupid cold here today. Just needed to post this somewhere. And this will pretty much be our daytime high for the day. Pretty sure the overnight low with windchill will be below -40 by a fair bit. Â
coasterfansince1999 Posted January 22, 2012 Posted January 22, 2012 Chicago, IL 15F, and about 7 inches of snow.
CoasterGuy06 Posted January 22, 2012 Posted January 22, 2012 Today's expected high is 71 degrees with the greatest threat of severe weather since the April 27th tornado outbreak expected tonight.
RAWKIN_coaster38 Posted January 22, 2012 Posted January 22, 2012 It finally snowed the other day here, then was raining for like 24 hours straight, partly-cloudy yesterday, and snow flurries today! We really needed precipitation because we haven't had any so far (I think the snow pack was <2in.) but I'd much rather have snow than rain!
CoasterExpert13 Posted January 23, 2012 Posted January 23, 2012 As of now, it's 34 degress and a little windy here in Pittsburgh, PA. So far this winter, it's has snowed a total of 5 days...2 Days in December & 3 this month...hasn't stuck much so streets are clear. The least amount of snow, the better...So the best winter ever (so far) in my opinion!
cal1br3tto Posted March 22, 2012 Posted March 22, 2012 It's snowing here. The snow falling past the streetlights looks all slowed-down and sparkly and reminds me of the fake snow at Disneyland.
UrbanLegend Posted March 22, 2012 Posted March 22, 2012 For the past few days it's been sunny, breezy, and in the high-60s/low-70s here in West Philadelphia (despite the troubling lack of Will Smith). Perfect theme park weather. But everything's still closed around here It's been an extremely mild winter overall. Great for construction, but simply awful for fans of definite seasonality (like myself).
Angry_Gumball Posted March 22, 2012 Posted March 22, 2012 We've had a pretty dry and a semi-cold winter. The first half of January was a bit on the cooler side but as we headed toward the end of January and going through most of February, it was very spring-like...was able to ditch the jacket, ready to dig out the shorts. But now that Spring's here, we're getting slammed with rain, threatening my opening day visit to CGA this weekend, and cooler temps and winds. I'm ready for the true spring weather to come back.
cal1br3tto Posted March 23, 2012 Posted March 23, 2012 We got blanketed last night and ended up with a beautiful Spring Wonderland. Even in the dead of night, the sky was grayish-purple with a hint of orange, instead of dark, and you could see clearly everywhere. Â Too bad our neighbor's tree broke in the middle of the night and woke me up with the mysterious sound of falling branches. I thought it was an animal scrambling on our fence and jumping or falling off.
thrillgeek Posted March 31, 2012 Posted March 31, 2012 Been really strange the last few days. Sunny at times with random periods of rain.
Moose Posted March 31, 2012 Posted March 31, 2012 It's cold and damp today. This morning it was Ithacating. A term we coined in college for when it rains and snows at the same time.
RAWKIN_coaster38 Posted April 12, 2012 Posted April 12, 2012 Snowing again. At this point I'm ready for no more precipitation, even though we probably could use more. At least snow > rain IMO.
