To be perfectly honest, I never do..lol..What's the point of making it if you're gonna tear it apart later on? Plus, I don't have that kind of time. Those who sleep on an upper bunk would know. (My bed is an upper bunk with a futon below)

I should of known that this thread was coming after the chat Well, unless I'm cleaning my room I never really do! It gets messed up at the end of the day anyway.

Come to think of it, I haven't made my bed in years!!! I never sleep in my room anymore, it's so dark, cramped and dusty. It's a place to hang my clothes, is all. Since moving back home after college last year, I've been sleeping in my living room. Every night I take my mattress out and lay it out in the middle of the living room. In the morning I just throw my mattress on top of my bed. It may seem like a chore, but I actually prefer it. My ceiling is high (12 ft. ) with the structure exposed, so it's an awesome space to fall asleep to. And in the morning, there's so much activity that I never oversleep, something that happened all too often when sleeping in my room.

I only make it right before I go to bed to get full blanket coverage. haha. Also, when people come over, in addition to picking things of the ground, I also tend to throw the blanket over the bed in any old fashion. I never fully make the bed involving tucking blankets and fluffing pillows and such.

Never! I really don't see why I should because I spent plenty of time in my bed. It helps to wash sheets and stuff every once in a while, mine started to smell like ass. (Literally)

I've only had to make one bed. I made a raised sleigh bed out of oak with a cedar drawer section that slid underneath it. Weighs like 300 lbs.

Sheets get changed every few days. After seeing the special on bed bugs and dust mites, i was pretty grossed out.

Everyday I get up, pull the comforter forward and then it looks like this.

From what i have read so far i guess my small effort has my bed more made than most?

I only had to make my bed once, and even then half the work was done aleady. I just bought one of those pre-fabricated kits and put it together.

I feel bad for those of you who have to make your bed every day. You must either buy cheap frames, be really fat, or both!
