Timpowes
Just recently, I realized that I really like taking pictures. The sad thing is that I don't have a digitalcamera (Or a camera at all) to take pictures with, so I always borrow cameras from friends in school Here are two of my "favorites" (Like, the only decent pictures I've taken). I'm sorry if the picture/s is/are too big. Err, yeah... A lamp in school =S Piano keys

xascher
Ok, my photo has a bit of a story to tell... *warning boring post ahead!* So this a photo of a tree in my back yard during one of our famous/infamous Utah winters. Now, for years we have been threatening to take down this little sapling, due to is little... quirk. During the spring, when the tree blooms... well to be simple, the flowers smell like farts. Each year they seem to come with a particular flavor, but I'd rather not get into that. Anyway, a few patches of 'bitter berries' still clung to the tree during the winter, TADA! Snow fell on the patches of orange/red berries, making them look like crimson ornaments against an angelic white sky. *The author inside me needed to come out* So, after taking a few pictures of the charlie brown christams tree, on crack. We decided to not tear it out. And yes, it still smells like farts. PS: I'll post a color pic later. Beauty in Black and White

pete4winds
Some of my favorites. You might recognize a few from various random Photo TRs. Amazing panorama of the Berkshire Mountains, Western MA. Believe it or not, I took this photo from ground level. The USS Joseph P. Kennedy, another museum ship at Battleship Cove. Looking straight up through the smokehole in the top of the old kiln. The ghost of the USS Fall River, named (obviously) for my city. I love the sky in this photo! Battleship Cove at sunset, taken from the Fall River Boardwalk. The river is called Taunton River, the CITY is Fall River. The sun, THROUGH THE TREES! A few dozen feet from the old kiln. The Fall River Heritage State Park building. It could TOTALLY be a loading station! A view of Pringle Hall's entrance - another of the older buildings at the War College. Luce Hall, the second oldest building where I work, the Naval War College. The window of an old pottery kiln in Western MA - the day I sh*t-canned my trailer. One of my earliest photos of Katie-cat, emerging from the baby bouncer. The late, great Digit, enjoying a walk in the field. I miss you, Digit! Battleship Cove and the Braga Bridge, Fall River MA The same Apache, THROUGH THE...well, reeds, but it's a little closer to TREES! Apache helicopter, THROUGH THE...mooring chock?
