RyanTPM
^He certainly would have got quite the view from up there. But damn, that is a lot of green in that last photo, clearly they've planted a lot of foliage!
MARK
Man... those shots make it look like a Giga! Â And I know it's ridiculous, but I kind of love the name Havoc in Heaven Palace.
TyRush
That's insane. That guy has some serious balls doing that only attached by a rope. I mean I'd sit here and tell you all day that I'd do that but once I started climbing I'm coming down.
gerstlaueringvar
I mean... He's basically performing track inspectors' job. If there's a rope to keep me safe I will very happily do it.
coasterer
It's always been a dream of mine to be able to climb a coaster like that and just sit at the top. That's awesome. It looks pretty impressive.
rcjp
If there's a rope to keep me safe I will very happily do it. Haha that's what I thought. It honestly doesn't look that hard given the shape of the track (and if you're in reasonable shape)

Gutterflower
More from Wanda Nanchang. Â It appears the park has been training it's new employees recently and with almost exactly a month to go until the park opens, pictures of the coasters are starting to appear. Â Below are a selection of the ones so far. Focusing pretty heavily on Havoc in Heaven Palace the Intamin hyper. That drop looks astonishing. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
TyRush
Awesome pictures! There's little doubt that the Intamin hyper will be great, it just looks odd to me. Certainly looks almost nothing like their other large coasters in terms of design
gerstlaueringvar
Lots of photo from the "test day" by DiBao Group. Â To me the park seems a bit lost on what exactly to do, they want to be a theme park but certain rides are ghetto enough to pull the overall wuality back big time. And they are not naming the rides in a nice way IMO. Still, some of the rides looks really good to me. They said the entrance service is way too slow and the park don't seem to have enough lanes to make the process more efficient. Entrance plaza Drag statue, I kind of like it. The park uniform Front gate Nice bridge Signs! The hang and bang. Eww Golden Horse Spinner Recycled from the old park that was here. Indoors kids section. HUSS! Not as well-themed as the one at Ocean Kingdom Dick race lol Mack Twist 'N Splash Restrooms Haunted house Spinning cup OMG HUSS floorless Top Spin! Giant splash with a water bottle floating Apparently they changed the name Can't wait to ride this thing when I got the $$ INTAMIN INTAMIN INTAMIN! MORE INTAMIN!!! One of the restaurants, food are incredibly cheap at this park. $5 for an entree that kind of cheap Entrance of the GCI woodie.

Kinematics
Here is an offride and pov of the intamin hyper. Â Quality is kinda meh due to being filmed with a phone mounted to the seat. Â

shadox17
The shaping of the airtime hills and way they look on the pov reminds me of Skyrush
Henry M
Am I the only one who thinks that the corners are strangely banked. Looks like some serious lateral G force in places.
RyanTPM
^Nope, you're not the only one. On the second to last hill, there's no banking on it at all.
Jackdude101
Nanchang Wanda Park is particularly impressive, in that a couple of its roller coasters have broken several records. Coaster Through the Clouds (the INTAMIN hypercoaster) is now the tallest and fastest roller coaster in China (242.78 ft.; 84.51 mph), Python in Bamboo Forest (the GCI woodie) is now the tallest and fastest wooden coaster in China (160 ft.; 62.1 mph) and the longest in China of any kind (5,111.00 ft.), and Soaring Dragon & Dancing Phoenix (the Chinese SBL invert) has the most loops out of every Chinese-built roller coaster (6). Â I think it's safe to say that Wanda Group is in it to win it in the Chinese theme park industry, and were dead serious when they said they are going to compete directly with the likes of Shanghai Disneyland opening next month, per this article: https://www.yahoo.com/movies/chinese-developer-wanda-opens-theme-032439699.html
Samuel
That first drop is seriously calling to me -- I love it when you can't see the bottom of a big drop until you're more than half-way down. It looks like Big Boom on steroids!

_koppen
Embedded for convenience:Â Â Looks like they wanted a B&M hyper but they wanted Intamin to build it! This do however seem lika a better ride than a B&M hyper. Love the look of that outward banked hill!
