  1. 1. Name 3 of your favorite roller coasters, but not your top 3. Kumba Sheikra Afterburn 2. About how many different parks did you visit in 2018? Only one sadly. 3. Which 2018 park visit was your favorite? Cedar Point 4. Your favorite 2018 park addition (ride, food, show, etc)? Steel Vengeance 5. What ride exceeded your expectations the most in 2018? Steel Vengeance 6. Best meal/food at a park in 2018? Brews and BBQ event at CP 7. What was your favorite new coaster of 2018 NOT made by RMC or Larson? Didn't get to ride any 8. Name one park you will definitely visit in 2019. Should be making my first visit to SFGAm 9. Best ride themed to a bird? Steel - Thunderbird Wood - Phoenix 10. Lamest ride/coaster you rode in 2018? Gatekeeper 11. What roller coaster currently sits at the top of your bucketlist? (degree of difficulty: NOT a new-for-2019 ride) Expedition GeForce 12. What new-for-2019 ride or coaster are you most looking forward to? Steel Curtain 13. Name the first totally middle-of-the-road (not bad/not great) park that comes to mind. Dorney. 14. You're in Orlando and magically have a 1-hour ERT session on 1 coaster of your choice at any park in the city. You choose... White Lightning. 15. Holiday In The Park vs. Winterfest. Who reigns supreme? Never been able to get to either. 16. Mystic Timbers mystery shed or Wicker Man fire infusion? Wicker Man, never rode it, but the shed was lame. 17. Which Six Flags have you been to most recently? It's been awhile but SFMM in 2014. 18. Intamin or Schwarzkopf? You may only choose one. Dang...never hated a Schwarzkopf, but I'm gonna go with Intamin. 19. Battle of Kings Coasters: Island or Dominion? Pick one. Been to Island dozens of times, and Dominion only once...but I'm gotta go with Dominion. 20. What was the longest you waited for a ride/coaster in 2018? 20 minutes. 21. What roller coaster have you ridden more than any other? No idea, but probably Thunderbolt or Maverick. 22. Best drop tower under 150 feet? Fearfall, KK 23. Maverick or Millennium Force? Haven't gotten an on-ride photo since Banshee opened. I'm lame, I know..
  2. Excited to see what they can do with the space back there. Not sad at all to see Firehawk go though, it was the only coaster I wouldn't do. For me it was painful just because of the restraints.
  3. Wow, this looks great. Was already planning my first trip to SFGAm next summer, this is going to make it even better! I really like what SF is adding across the chain this year.
  4. I've been to 40 states but have only ridden coasters in 12. I need to fix that! California - Tatsu Colorado - Twister II Florida - Kumba Georgia - Goliath Indiana - Thunderbird Kentucky - Storm Chaser North Carolina - Fury 325 Ohio - Maverick Pennsylvania - Phoenix South Carolina - Hurricane Tennessee - Mystery Mine Virginia - I305
  5. Wow, not what I expected to see from them but I'm really excited for my former home park! Looks great, and of course, Go Steelers!
  6. Well yeah... because it's open now. Getting it to the point where it can open with 3 trains is probably going to take more than one day of morning testing. Yes, but everytime I went by, it was only 2 train testing. There was a train on the transfer track.
  7. I am here now. Steel Vengeance is only running 2 trains.
  8. We'll see where Steel Vengeance ends up, I hope to get up there this month. 1) Maverick. My favorite overall. 2) Valravn. I love dive machines. This would be way up my overall list if it had the old B&M restraints. 3) Millennium Force. My first big coaster, always love it. 4) Top Thrill Dragster. Dat launch tho.. 5) Magnum Xl-200. 2nd to last seat is where it's at. 6) Raptor. I love B&M inverts and Raptor is still smooth and forceful. 7) Gemini. I fell in love with this ride during the Coasting for Kids event. So smooth, and a ton of fun! 8) Gatekeeper. Just a fun coaster, my 3rd favorite wing coaster (out of 3, Thunderbird, Wild Eagle) 9)Wicked Twister. Twisty! 10) Blue Streak. Definitely rougher as of late, but a classic. 11) Rougarou. So much better than Mantis, but nowhere near as good as Dominator. 12) Iron Dragon. Blah 13) Cedar Creek Mine Ride. More blah 14) Corkscrew. Ouch 15) Woodstock's Express. A nice kiddie coaster!
  9. Sorry to change the subject. Saw some new advertising from Cedar Fair I haven't seen before. Taking the Six Flags Coke can idea. This was in Indianapolis, 4 and a half hours from CP and MA, 2 hours from KI.
  10. Thanks for the coverage Robb! Can't wait to get up there and try this thing out!
  11. [twitter] [/twitter] Awesome, can't wait! edit: oops, thought that would work. Great gif posted by CP on twitter, check it out! Steel Vengence!
  12. Very jealous you got to do that tour. I'd be geeking out the entire time. Thanks for the report!
  13. Tighten the seatbelt as much as you can. You won't slam your thighs into the lap bar as much. I think the ride is great either way, but if you want less "pain", do the seatbelt trick.

How many new credits did you pick up in 2017? If you don't count, take your best guess... 1 17. You're at Magic Mountain. You have a one hour ERT session on ONE coaster of your choice. You choose... Twisted Collosus. It wasn't open yet the only time I've been there. 18. Name a coaster or ride that you passionately dislike. Firehawk 19. What is the most amount of money you've spent on a Fast Pass? $80? 20. Skyscreamers or Windseekers? Have yet to be on a Skyscreamer. 21. What is your most recent B&M credit? New credit? Valravn. (under 21: whats your favorite beverage you can only get at a park?) Never really drank at a park. Did a beer at CP but that's about it. 23. Most irritating coaster nickname/abbreviation? Or White lightning. This is tough. 29. What is the last thing you remember eating in a theme park? BBQ at CP. 30. Your favorite coaster got equipped with on board audio x Spotify. Name an Intamin coaster on your bucketlist! Taron/El Toro 36. You just won a 3 day trip with hotel and airfare included. The catch is you have to choose between Disneyworld or Cedar Point. Which do you choose and why? Disney. I go to CP every year for 3 days. I haven't been to Disney in forever and I want to go back! 37. Floater or Ejector? Depends, I like both. End your post with an aerial shot of one of your top 5 coasters.
  15. I don't have any of that on Mac Safari or a pc on Chrome and Firefox. I do have the up arrow and that is it. Sarafi and Firefox allow me to move the coasters, but do not change to the up/down arrow. Also no number on the right. Chrome allows me to drag the name but will not place it in a new position. Could some of these issues be because of personal computer settings/cookies? Not very tech savvy so I'm not sure if that makes sense.
  16. Glad to see a poll come back up! I've missed the Hawker poll. Issues I've faced so far: Does not seem compatible with Chrome (ranking). Works fine with Firefox. Hit save, does not save. Resets to order I started with. Thanks for starting this!
  17. Congratulations! I remember seeing my first TPR video way before I knew what TPR was (you all waiting for TTD, probably before YouTube was a thing) and I've been hooked ever since. Quality of your on ride videos is 2nd to none. Keep the "TWISTY's" and "LOOP-DE-LOOP's" coming! Thank you!
  18. Fantastic! Their food always looks great. I'll be in Hawaii this spring, I may have to add this to the list of places to go to!
  19. Fantastic quality as always! I know Twister isn't loved as much as Phoenix but I enjoyed it just almost as much. 2 world class coasters Knoebel's has, I need to get back soon!
  20. Aw, this is a bummer. One of the few water rides I really enjoyed (I just don't like them much anymore). It definitely was a staple of our Kennywood visits as I was growing up but I look forward to seeing what happens in that spot. It will open up a nice big area back in that corner.
  21. Facebook and Twitter are the 2 I use the most. I do use Instagram and Snapchat as well but I use Facebook and Twitter more often because they are the ones I'm most familiar with. I seem to use each for a different purpose though as well. Facebook is more for keeping in touch with friends, family and the such. Twitter for following sports and band stuff. Instagram for roller coaster pictures, and Snapchat just to see what people are up to that day. I do enjoy seeing TPR on each platform. I like seeing the reposts you all do from different users on Instagram. I have set your posts on Facebook to be some of the first to come up on my feed. I enjoy the videos a lot, but I wish you didn't have to put all the big font on the top and bottom of the videos. I get why you have do it, I just wish people could be patient enough to read a description and watch because they are interested. But that doesn't drive in viewers and followers so I completely understand. Sorry for the long winded response. You all are doing a great job with your media presence.
  22. That's so sad a great ride will be gone. Glad I got to ride it, they were fantastic coasters. B&M inverts tend to be some of my favorite rides especially these older ones that still kick @$$. I enjoyed the Harry Potter lands but I am not a die hard fan, I don't feel the need to see them again really. Personally I had little desire to return even with Dragons, now I really have no desire to return to Universal. The attractions they continue to put in seem boring, because I've already ridden the 3D glasses screen ride that I'll be sprayed with water at some point too many times at that one park. I'll take my money to Disney, Seaworld, FunSpot, and BGT next time I'm in the Orlando area.
