Maybe an Immelman? Can't wait to see this thing finished!

Dragon Khan Posted December 1, 2010 Posted December 1, 2010 Maybe the element connecting the drop to the already there inversion could be similar to Hydra's first "inversion" ? Remains to be seen what manoever can be executed or not with the new train style.

And I mean that in a good way. This ride looks like pure fun - nothing overly extreme, but certainly something that could pack a bit of a punch and should just be a flat-out enjoyable ride. We can assume it'll be nice and smooth, and it'll probably have airtime, and the 0-Gs will probably be even better than the normal B&Ms on the outside seats. So I'd say that this ride looks fun!

How will it pack a punch when B&M looks to have trimmed the punch right out of it. Starry Night ripper is about the only coaster B&M has to date imo that looks like it's not from there plug and play collection of elements. Anyways I'm not going to say the ride sucks just from pics or pov video, I'm just saying I hope it's a lot (funner lol j/k) more exciting then it looks b/c to me imo it looks boring. I could be wrong most likely will be wrong but right now this is just the way I see it.

Also, it looks like there are three more video sections just like the first, so this is not finished! And I can't read Italian yet, so could someone translate some of the stuff for me and our other uneducated-in-the-Italian-language people.

You don't even know if those trims will be turned on during public hours! Rides are designed with certain things in mind. Let the ride open before you decide its going to suck. All you're doing is hurting your own experience if you even get to ride it.

Can anyone familiar with the park tell which direction that element is going based on the amount of room between the drop and this new track? For those of us unfamiliar with the park it is hard to tell exactly what is going on.
GLund Posted December 3, 2010 Posted December 3, 2010 Okay judging from previous photos, the track circled in green I believe is the bottom of the first drop. The support circled in red I believe is for the track from the bottom of the first drop to the return track. Comparing it from another angle, I believe the Yellow shows what the circuit will do. Again, the red circle represents the trip back, and the green circle represents the bottom of the first drop. I may be way off this is just my speculation!
matteocrepaldi Posted December 3, 2010 Posted December 3, 2010 The one in the red circle is not a coaster support. It's a support for the tent that hosts the new walk through. If you look closely you can see a chord which holds up the tent. Also from the main webcam you can see the other support between the freefall and the first inversion. But the layout you made in yellow is pretty much correct!
