jammy2by4 Posted December 28, 2011 Posted December 28, 2011 *Thread killer* One of my favourite songs is about rape .
BBparks57 Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 Just went skydiving for the first time today, what an incredible rush! I think I might become addicted to that. I want to do it again immediately
onewheeled999 Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 *Thread killer* One of my favourite songs is about rape . One of my favorite songs is about . And another about . And another about various mental illnesses. You are not alone.
jammy2by4 Posted December 30, 2011 Posted December 30, 2011 ^Have you heard Oingo Boingo - Little Girls? On top of that the video is disturbing.
dylanreich Posted December 31, 2011 Posted December 31, 2011 What is today, but yesterday's tomorrow?
Ace Of Spades Posted January 1, 2012 Posted January 1, 2012 ^Why? Is it wrong for people to like something they're "not supposed to"? Are we supposed to be afraid? Life's too freaking short to worry about what people think! After all, Friendship is Magic! Oh, and happy 2012 everyone!
imawesome1124 Posted January 1, 2012 Posted January 1, 2012 My dog is actually sad that Christmas is over. We took our Christmas stuff down about an hour and a half a go and when the tree was being taken apart the dog actually looked sad. An hour and a half later he still seems depressed about it. Edit: I should probably add that the reason he is sad is because he gets nice stuff at Christmas time and now that time is over. Does this just seem really unusual to you guys?
no_brain_er Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 This is something different. An eBay store is selling a nightstand/mini-fridge from the Grand Floridian Resort. I'd totally look into getting it, but it's local pick-up only, and I'm not close enough...
onewheeled999 Posted January 4, 2012 Posted January 4, 2012 I love that moment when you're writing an essay, and after hours of struggling, it just starts to flow. Your ideas translate perfectly to the page, and before you know it, you're finished!
Sir Clinksalot Posted January 4, 2012 Posted January 4, 2012 Just applied for a new position at my work that would be a $40k per year raise (if I get it). Of course, the position calls for 60% travel ... but then I start thinking about all the miles I can get for trips (my company actually let's us keep our miles instead of using them for corporate travel). That is an awesome raise! Do you know of many firms that keep the miles for themselves? I know of one big company that does that. I thought most companies let their road warriors keep their miles as a reward for how hard being on the road can be. Everyone I know that works in consulting gets to keep their miles/rewards. I know of quite a few other companies that make their employees use their miles for corporate travel. But you are right, it's nice of the companies that let their "road warriors" keep the miles. Haven't heard anything yet, but I'm "under consideration".
onewheeled999 Posted January 5, 2012 Posted January 5, 2012 Teehee, the German metal band Equilibrium has a song called Fahrtwind.
VinTheAttendant Posted January 7, 2012 Posted January 7, 2012 I'm sorry, is it really January? Why is it 60 degrees out here in Connecticut!?!
amyzoo Posted January 8, 2012 Posted January 8, 2012 ^ Yeah it's weird, it seems warm everywhere. I still would like some snow sometime.
Nrthwnd Posted January 9, 2012 Posted January 9, 2012 The decorations are still up. Time to come down - soon.
screaminkid2005 Posted January 9, 2012 Posted January 9, 2012 Six Flags called me to rehire me for the 2012 season! =D
SoCalCoasters Posted January 10, 2012 Posted January 10, 2012 I used to hear good jokes, but then I took an arrow to the knee.
