spacemtfan
^ I hope that's not directed to me. I'm not really a big Criss Angel fan. My little brother and sister are, but they don't think he's a God. Though...the one time when he walked on water...I'm still scratching my head on how he does it. I'm so bummed b/c I missed the episode of Magicians Greatest Secrets Reveled when they showed how this trick is done. Since this is a rant thread...I cant believe that they cancelled that show! I loved learning all those secrets.
paulie123
Theres nothing more annoying than getting a pile of spew spurted all over you. Honestly, I 'dislike' people so much that go on rides and just barf. Why bother. Ruins everyones time.. Baha. Poor girl at the eastershow got some "stomach juice" all in her hair.. It was a saturday night, all rides running everyone was having fun.. I was in the que for the zipper (AKA evil death machine) when someone at the top, while the ride was stopped and unloading, vomited out the side of the cage and went all over this poor girl at the front of the que.. Naww Ive had several encounters myself.. But yeah. Thats the thing that annoys me most.

onewheeled999
I hate how in my Geometry class, there are two people that annoy me. Let me just say that that's nothing compared to some classes. Let's just say I have a very short fuse. So anyway. We did group projects today in groups of 3. And guess who I was with? Mark and Brandon. The two guys mentioned earlier. It's really just really bad dumb luck, because the choosing of groups was based on alphabetical order. And their last names start with A and B, which is mine. And they're the ONLY PEOPLE who fit that besides me. So I had to do a poster on the distance formula with the emotionless videogame nerd and the 13-going-on-3 moron. As in he actually thinks the word "wenis" is funny. THE TWENTY MILLIONTH TIME.
chmilo24
Well I just had the worst day of my life. First, I lose my iPod, then I find out my grandma is going to die in the next week, and to top it all off my Disneyland Trip was cancelled. --Chris
spacemtfan
^ Wow...man, sorry about your losses! It's not going to get any better, but once everything is over, you can only go up from there. ^^ That happens to me too and I hate that! It sucks to be paired up with either idiots or anti-socials.
onewheeled999
^ No, Anti-socials are okay. Because I'm kinda one of them. But like half and half, though. This isn't so much of a rant than something that scared the living crap out of me: Yesterday, my foot brushed one of the cables under my computer, somehow turning it off. This was like the third time this had happened this week, so I just turned the computer back on and waited. But the screen was just black with a little white line blinking like you're supposed to enter text. So I turned the computer back off. However, without thinking, I turned it back on before letting it cool down a bit, and all of a sudden I saw this thin smoke coming out of the disk drive. I was freaked out, so I ran out in panic and then came back in to unplug the computer fully. But luckily, it survived, and I am posting on it right now. Homer
This past week has been one long drama for me. So over winter break, I kept having this annoying hip pain that varied from a "I could live with it" pain to "OH s**t, MEDS!" pain. I had an MRI last week and lo an behold, they found a tumor. A few days later, I had seen an oncologist and revealed that it was cancerous. Yesterday I had a biopsy and a surgery to install a tube for Chemo and it was revealed to be Ewing's Sarcoma. Today I've been seeing the doctor about Chemo options and while I'm glad this cancer is treatable, I've been feeling like crap because my life is essentially being picked apart one by one. I can't work, can't go to school anymore, and while on Chemo I am going to feel like I am in a plastic bubble. 2009 has been a horrible year so far. The best suggestion that I can give you is to strictly follow the advice of a good, science-based oncologist. There is a lot of bullshit quackery when it comes to cancer. Don't fall for it. Medical treatment of cancer is better than ever. All the best.

spacemtfan
I'm starting to hate YouTube now. Okay, I just uploaded my RCT3 video, Rasengan. Then, I get a damn message, saying that it has to be muted...because it has ten seconds of Beach Boy's "Surfin' USA". 10 FREAKING' SECONDS! WTF?!? They're going to mute my video just because it has 10 seconds of a Beach Boys song! What's up with that?!? God, sometimes I REALLY hate YouTube and its stupid copyright rules...thing! gerd.muller
wanted to stay at home today, taking a day off from the company, even if sunday is a busy day at the restaurant. but it didn´t work. instead of staying home and spend the day with my kids, a phone call in the morning destroied my illusion of a family-sunday. so i got up in the morning, went to the restaurant staid at the lava-stone-grill for the whole lunch-service and when i come home my kids didn´t talk to me because i couldn´t keep my promise of a whole day that daddy just spends with them that i gave them yesterday. ...that´s the way it is! BlackHole2005
Theres a girl that looks like a fish in my IT class and she bitches about the same person every lesson. It's just like, do you have nothing else to talk about or don't you have the brain cells or vocabulary to find something a bit more constructive to talk about rather than bitching about the same girl every lesson. It's really annoying having to listen to her moan about some random girl who I don't even know every lesson why I try to get on with my work. grrr. itsme102
Sorry for the long post in advance, these are my thoughts about today's Inauguration: Ok, I get it. Some people love Barack Obama, some people loathe him. Some people support his initiatives, some people have different ideals. Some people voted for him, some people didn't. But weather you like him or not, you can't deny the historical significance of this day. I have barely heard, "this is great, a new president, new oppertunities, truely a day for celebration." What have I heard, political debates, things like "He's going to run the country into the ground," "here comes the next depression.." and other negative statements like that. People saying they are going to mourn this inauguration?? I just don't get it. This man is going to be our guy for the next 4 years. Can't do anything about it now. Voters turned out in record numbers this year, this election-much more than the past few elections-was the voice of the people. What is the point of all the bitching? Why today, during a time of celebration? This should be a day where all citizens of this country should come togther and recognize that this is a new chapter in America, for better or for worse. All of the issues of black and white, young and old, rich and poor, high school dropouts and college graduates, should fall by the way side. The lines that devide us are not what today is about. All of the arguements, the politics, the debates, the economy, the unemployment, the blemishes on American society, are not what this day is about. It's about the 44th President of the United States of America, Barack Obama, holding the highest postion of office a citizen can have. So again, do you agree with him? Do you like him? What is he going to do for this country? Today, I don't care....Today, a black man, who was once considered "three-fifths of a man," "sub-human," "property," is now going to be our nation's leader. For today, just enjoy the ride folks, savor the moment. In 20 minutes, America begins it's next chapter.
ebl
^ I broke tradition with my normal right leaning political stand and voted for Obama. This country needs a major slap upside the head after the last...well three to five years---I won't say all eight years of Bush were bad. What is bothering me is the fact that Obama is being hailed as our "first African-American president. Remember, he's half black. To hoot and holler over his black side completely ignores the white side of his family. Let's just support the man and get this country turned back around---and not make race an issue.
