terrancew_hod
There are many, many, many statue photos!! I'm sure Terrance can do a full TR with all of them Yep there's plenty! There were quite a few parks where I had "statue overload"... it was just too many, so I settled on finding a beer! The donkey deserved a video instead of a pic so I hope to include that as well (have to decide on a version though; I did two takes). I just got home yesterday so I have to import two 4gb cards and one 2gb for statue credits! So I'm hoping to put one together soon. Sadly my pursuit of statue credits in Madrid caused me to give my friend his walking papers. Some people are no fun! But I did get a family from Brazil to join in and they invited me to visit them if I'm ever in their country. They were a blast and Toledo will never be the same! Also, there were quite a few rides I encountered where I said "We need one of these in the states." I had my first log flume with a turntable experience on this trip. There was a bit of laughter when I screamed "What is this!?!" and then we dropped backwards in to the water. I did had an overdose of Mad Houses though. I also loved the indoor coasters with the techno music bumping... those beats were hot! Definitely need a few of those in the states! robbalvey
Day 5 - Walibi World (aka Wobbly World) Quite a few photos by the one posting this, some by that crazy Hanno guy, some by the female peacock. Oooh! Behind the scenes photos!!! Hello, my name is "The Ledge." If you know why I am significant, please post about it! The soup was the highlight of the trip! "Welcome to the Wobbly World train. Today this train goes straight to hell. Enjoy your ride!" Vekoma brace position #69! HA HA! You guys are screwed! This photo is creepy on many levels. Yes, KidTums, you are old enough to drive in Europe! Thin and pretty in the front - dead man walking in the back! Here's a picture for you Big Mike. TPR takeover on the vintage cars! Wristband Sex. "All aboard the TPR Fail Boat!" "There are only 10 of us, this should be just fine!" NIPPLE!!!! Looks like he hasn't gotten any love in a long time! Poor Boomerang. Terrance statue photo for those of you who have been asking for them. They gave us ERT on the stationary train prop. I really want to make some comment here about Jon "taking it in the rear" and have a double meaning because he's both riding in the back of the train and he looks like he has the expression on his face of....well.... you know....but I won't make any such caption. That would be rude! ROBB! ANGRY!!! ROBB! SMASH!!! I want this guy for my house! Time for us all to turn into evil credit whores. Two trains filled with happy TPR members (we drugged them!) Yay! They got it working again for us! Except that we broke it! This time on Robin Hood! We see you El Condor! We'll get to you later, but first time for some more ERT.... Our final Goliath photo of this update! TPR members had an EXCELLENT time on Goliath! This was one of our favorites of the trip! NERD PHOTO!!! Enough hairtime to power a small locomotive. Front seat guys = aggressive riding! That's more like it! Awww...why is Jon all alone? Doesn't he have any friends? "We are cold!" ...Piers is thinking "Same..." Intamin blur. OMG! Is that Hanno?!?!?! Ryan blur through the liquid helix. LIQUID HELIX!!!! Praying to the Intamin gods! Awesome Ryan is loving it...look at the two dudes behind him! Drool.... I love Goliath *THIS* much! This will be on a DVD someday! Eat this lift hill nerds!!! Everyone is VERY happy...including Hanno! Hi Hanno! Oh, wait, never mind....it's still there. Whew!!! Good thing because we have an hour of ERT on it! NOOOOO!!!!! They have replaced Goliath with a Vekoma SLC!!!! TPR invades Wobbly World!
robbalvey
A few more from Wobbly World... SQUISHHHHH!!!!!! Elissa is happy because that is where RatTums' food came from! (You all do remember RatTums, right?) Thanks for reading! Heide Park is coming soon! On the road to Heide Park we passed the Vitacraft factory!!! "Do you know where that finger has been?" "Fatty!" "Oh, this was NOT a good idea!" Coaster porn?

MrMorgan
Fliegende Hollander> They must have made some major changes to it, because it blew me away when we were there last summer! The indoor part had all this scary fog and projections on waterfalls and stuff. It was very unexpected and creepy. We were floored by the themeing and the creepiness. The Toilet Ledge> Also know as a "show and tell toilet". I know, it's absolutely disgusting and I can't beleive anyone thought this was a good idea. I had one in my apartment in Duesseldorf, and the only... really the ONLY time I was ever thankful for it is when I was recovering from salmonella poisining and I had to take samples of my poo to the doctor every few days. In that situation the ledge can be very helpful.
