cooksta77 Posted June 1, 2010 Posted June 1, 2010 Intrimidator will go down in coaster history as one of the largest examples of engineering failure and false advertising This picture sums up my thoughts...
Hercules Posted June 2, 2010 Author Posted June 2, 2010 ^ I LOVE the "false advertising" line. People throw that around so much, making it a staple for people just don't know anything about, well, anything.
kumba830 Posted June 2, 2010 Posted June 2, 2010 I thought it was well played.(23:42:49) kumba830: which it better at night because you are diving into the wooded terain(23:44:53) kumba830: Try sitting in the back with your hand up on your first ride ;] (00:12:18) themeparkman25: Thats what she said.... Oh the joys of the TPR Night Chat... [Holy crap look at my grammar!]
cal1br3tto Posted June 2, 2010 Posted June 2, 2010 ^Once in chat I wrote something like "Same hear, I know how to spel" Not only that but it was during (yet another) one of my lectures on proper spelling!
Mr. Starr Posted June 2, 2010 Posted June 2, 2010 I thought it was well played.(23:42:49) kumba830: which it better at night because you are diving into the wooded terain(23:44:53) kumba830: Try sitting in the back with your hand up on your first ride ;] (00:12:18) themeparkman25: Thats what she said.... Oh the joys of the TPR Night Chat... [Holy crap look at my grammar!] Haha, your grammar in TPR chat is pretty sucky. You always have to correct what you said like three times!
RollingRunner Posted June 6, 2010 Posted June 6, 2010 Not nessesarily dumb, but still pretty funny. (19:20:53) andre8: Soarin' Over Robb!(19:21:01) Hydraglow: That would take awhile...
BeemerBoy Posted June 17, 2010 Posted June 17, 2010 Josh Linn[/b]"]Just because you like sports doesn't mean everyone else has to. No, but they should. It's borderline un-American.
Hercules Posted August 6, 2010 Author Posted August 6, 2010 ^ Read through this thread and you will understand a little better: http://www.themeparkreview.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=56333 I'm still completely lost... Is Dan Leslie Hall?! Do I need to go on a trip to get Dan's E-mail address?! Is E-mail Dan a code word for something else I must do to get a BAG-O-CRAP?! HELP!!! I'm freaking out again... EDIT: Okay... Help me understand someone, where are the questions I need to answer?!
moinab Posted August 7, 2010 Posted August 7, 2010 ^"Is Dan Leslie Hall?" has to be one of the funniest things I've read, here. I think I'll email him about it!
mightbeawannabe Posted August 7, 2010 Posted August 7, 2010 ^You have 666 posts, ma'am. I'll contribute: Not sure if it's been mentioned or not, but it tops the list!
davisal771 Posted August 7, 2010 Posted August 7, 2010 I will say this, I'm 5'9 and weigh 255. I could NOT fit on the dueling dragons nor could I fit on the harry potter ride. It was very dishearting, and I'm thinking filling a class action law suit. *Facepalm*
Manny In England Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 ^ Was that genuine or sarcastic in the context of the thread, I've got to know.
davisal771 Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 Judging by the thread, (its asking if someone will fit on a ride), I'm guessing its serious, however that was/is his first/only post so it could be a troll...
djbrcace1234 Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 Please tell me what is the ACE ?A club for fat people ? LOL!
djbrcace1234 Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 I just found it funny, like most of these on here it seems like. d:
Philrad71 Posted October 21, 2010 Posted October 21, 2010 It's been a while...gotta revive this thread. Magic Mountain I'm really happy for you, and imma letchu finish, but Ceda Point is da best park a oaww taaame.
Hercules Posted October 28, 2010 Author Posted October 28, 2010 I recently got an e-mail that said I started an account on Club TPR, which I didn't. I don't want to be part of it becuase you have to make payments for it and I'm only 14. What should I do?
MayTheGForceBeWithYou Posted October 29, 2010 Posted October 29, 2010 I thought Insane was 50m tall, since, the model looked like the 50m on Intamin's website. Didn't know it was 116', and I don't know a lot about Sweden, okay?
ginzo Posted January 17, 2011 Posted January 17, 2011 I believe Disneyland is FAR MORE SUPERIOR 100%!!! Disneyland has all the better versions of the rides plus it has the Matterhorn & the Finding Nemo Subs & Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, & Alice In Wonderland & Pinocchio's Daring Journey, & Indiana Jones Adventure, & Roger Rabitt's Cartoon Spin. Even the fireworks show Remember Dreams Come True is far more superior. I think California Screamin is better than Rock N Roller. But a one minor difference is our Tower is not as good as Florida's. Too bad it couldn't have been an exact copy. & By the way our Cars Land Radiator Springs Racers will be far more superior than Test Track. I'd choose Disneyland over Disney World any time.
Meteornotes Posted January 17, 2011 Posted January 17, 2011 ^Someone needs to cut back on the coffee... dt
ginzo Posted January 17, 2011 Posted January 17, 2011 ^Well, she does have a point about Radiator Springs Racers. It's obviously going to be "FAR MORE SUPERIOR 100%" just by virtue of being installed in the hallowed soil of Southern California. And, when it opens some time around 2075, she's going to get the last laugh.
samisthabomb Posted January 18, 2011 Posted January 18, 2011 ^^^Maybe TPR should make you take an IQ test before you join.
Crazy4Coasters! Posted February 17, 2011 Posted February 17, 2011 ^Oh dear, here we go again. Seriously, did you just post that to stir up controversy? 'Cause that's exactly what it's gonna do. I'm not afraid of Robb, I don't think any of us are. But it is his site, he can ban people for whatever reason he wants, most people here know that and just don't decide to be jerks and piss him off, which is probably what you just did. Cya! (That, or my sarcasm detector is off, in which case you've done a damn good job of imitating what I referenced above.) His "sarcasm detector" was way off...
