Kiiiiings Island. About 20 minutes away.

Cedar Point is about 3.5 hours, if that.

SFKK is about 90 minutes.

Holiday World and Indiana Beach are about 3 hours away.

I love my location!

This Thread is a good idea!

My local park is Phantasialand; it´s around a 45min drive, but Toverland, Moviepark Germany, Schloss Beck are only 20km more far than PH.

From the time distance I need max 1 hour to drive, so I can choose between them and some smaller, like Panorama Park, Fort Fun, Kernies Wunderland and, until now still closed, CentrO Park Oberhausen.

The great thing about that region is, that you can reach many parks with a little more time. For example:

With a 2 hour drive it would be Efteling, Walibi World; with 2 1/2 = Holiday Park, Drievliet and Duinrell

That´s a great amount. Sadly the fuel prices are rising

My Local park is Old MacDonald's Farm which is 24.4 miles away and around 34 mins driving time.

Nearest major park is Thorpe Park. Distance 44.6 miles away and around 1hr and 1 min driving time.

Well i live in Virginia so i guess my home park(s) would be Busch Gardens and Kings Dominion. Busch Gardens Williamsburg: eh about an hour long drive. Kings Dominion is about 2 hours. So i think that makes Busch Gardens Williamsburg my home park.

I literally live next to BGW... I tend to ride my bike/walk there when I have the time.

KD is about an hour north in the middle of nowhere.

Motor World/VA Beach Amusement Park are an hour and a half south (depending on traffic).

Sadly, my "local park" is about 3 hours away I live in East Texas, so the closest park to me is SFOT. I don't know why East Texas hasn't gotten a theme park; there are enough people here to support one.

I live in amazing Central Illinois

3 hours from Six Flags St. Louis

2 hours 45 Min from Six Flags Great America

6.5 - 7 hours from Cedar Point (I go there more often than the other two)

2010 was my first summer with a license and I managed to get quite a few parks in

Sfstl - 5 visits

Sfgam - 6 visits

Cedar Point - 7 visits

Mt. Olympus - 2 visits

MOA - 2 visits

+ a few water parks in the dells

I hope to get to HW,KI,WOF,and w few others this time around!

Anyone else from Central Illinois? It sucks that the only thing for the off season is the indoor water parks in the dells and the MOA.

I live a stone's throw from Universal Studios Hollywood. SFMM is about 1/2 hour away. Disneyland Resort and Knott's are not that bad of a drive at very select times of the day.
