Six Flags Enthuseast Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 I go to Our Lady Star of the Sea in Bremerton. I'm not sure what high school I want to go to, as there are several options, but my best shot is probably O'Dea, Bellermine, or somewhere nearer than Seattle.
Speeddeamon128 Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 I am currently attending Highland Regional High School in Blackwood, NJ. Class of 2009 Next year I am going to my local community college for 2 years then I will hopefully go to UCF in Orlando! I am going for a business/marketing degree. I haven't decided yet. Also I want to work for either Disney or Universal.
awclark Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 Here are 3 pics of the schools I went to/ still going to. My grade school, High School, and college. Now here is my amazing college which I currently attend: Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA. I couldn't be any happier here! Here is my sweet boarding High School in Northwestern NJ: Blair Academy. An awesome 4 years spent here. Here is my grade school: The Peck School in New Jersey. The place where I spent 9 years of my life in strict uniform. Ugh.
the ghost Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 Holy crap I wish I went to boarding school. I am from "Americas safest city" and we are all upper middle class. But, that school makes my supposedly really nice school looks like a ghetto.
BlackHole2005 Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 I leave school forever and don't have to ever set foot in the world of education in 3 months. I can't wait to get out  I mean school is good you make friends, and plus thanks to school I'll be able to probably get a really decent job somewhere, But the waking up in the morning, Endless homework and Coursework, Pressure from pushy parents. It just drives me nuts!  Cheers, BlackHole2005
Wood Dragon 1988 Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 After two years of working and going to junior college, I am really loving school right now. Living at a university has probably been the best experience of my life. I am going to be so upset when school is over I think. I only have three semesters to go
onewheeled999 Posted February 5, 2009 Posted February 5, 2009 Don't laugh at my school's name. Â I go to Smedberg Middle School, home of the Wolverines. Â Also home of Mrs. Bartholomew, who is evil in 60-year-old-teacher form. Â And Mr. Tharp, who is the most awesome sci-fi loving, guitar-playing art teacher in California.
holyblakbelt Posted February 5, 2009 Posted February 5, 2009 ^ What's so bad about the name? Your school name sounds Swedish and Sweden= Ikea and Balder  Anyways, I'm .02 points away from honors status. At least I have two more terms to do so before graduation.
Rct3man777 Posted February 9, 2009 Posted February 9, 2009 Ehh, History teacher's boring, Science teacher's just plain annoying, Math teacher's a pedophile... Art class teacher and bandclass teachers are also pedophiles... Other teachers (exept one which is awesome) are stupid...
paulie123 Posted February 9, 2009 Posted February 9, 2009 It absolutely sucks.. What else can i say? My friends help make it bareable but.
themeparkman25 Posted February 10, 2009 Posted February 10, 2009 Awesome, my favorite time of year is coming up! Midterm season! The only thing thats going to get me through this is the thought of theme parks over spring break.
Wood Dragon 1988 Posted February 11, 2009 Posted February 11, 2009 ^LOL I don't think I've ever had a true "Midterm Season", but I am counting the days till spring break too. No coasters, but the beach sounds so good right now.
astroworldfan1 Posted February 11, 2009 Posted February 11, 2009 I think I'm the only one that acually likes school. Â -Tatum
Six Flags Enthuseast Posted February 11, 2009 Posted February 11, 2009 ^Actually, I kinda like it. My grades from midterms were ok, could be better (as I'm usually an A student), but it's been a little rough this year. Â Can't wait 'till SFMM, that's what's keeping me going during school!
davethefish Posted February 26, 2009 Posted February 26, 2009 I was happy when I left school, but now I work in schools, go figure.. Â And given I work County-wide, thats about 400+ schools I think! Nightmare... Â although we did get a new fibre splicer today, its orange and shiny! and has TWO ovens! Â little things..
AllenA07 Posted February 26, 2009 Posted February 26, 2009 I like school, but I'm ready to be done. I would very much like to go back someday however and get my P.hD in History, just not sure when that will happen.
bspellx5 Posted February 28, 2009 Posted February 28, 2009 I'm liking school for the most part this year.. I am getting pretty good grades and trying really hard since both my parents and school guideance counselor told me that junior year is often the most important in terms of college and grades..and being with my friends 5 days a week helps too and my school day is shorter than other kids, since I have my last period free.
Kennyweird Posted February 28, 2009 Posted February 28, 2009 This sucks. I have so much homework this weekend, and I slept half the day away.
Six Flags Enthuseast Posted February 28, 2009 Posted February 28, 2009 I've got my grades in for the weekend: Â A- for Religion (I'm in a Catholic school, that's why we have religion and you don't) A- for World History C- for Science (because of some project my partner didn't turn in, so I'm redoing it) Â I didn't get the rest of my grades because my math teacher was absent for 3 days and my literature/english teacher just didn't for some reason.
Speeddeamon128 Posted March 1, 2009 Posted March 1, 2009 My last report card grades: Â B-Health A-Geometry A-Band A-English A-SRA Math(I'm no longer in this class because I passed the state test & this class was for those who failed)
holyblakbelt Posted March 1, 2009 Posted March 1, 2009 My midterm grades  Advanced Ceramics- B+ (I'm at a 89.like 3 so it hurts) ASL 3- A FST- B- VisCom- A- (Everyone in the class has some form of an A)
Alice Posted March 8, 2009 Posted March 8, 2009 Unfortunately I'm in school right now. And even worse, it's middle school. Eugh.
paintballer Posted March 9, 2009 Posted March 9, 2009 ughhh....I'm like failing everything..So crushing
FeelTheFORCE Posted March 9, 2009 Posted March 9, 2009 Just came back to my dorm today after a week off (spring break). It's nice because I get out super early this year, the first week of May is my finals week, but that means no more days off between now and then...8 straight weeks of school. It's going to start dragging a bit after about the 5th week or so, haha. Man, summer can't come soon enough, it's been way too long since I've been on a coaster. I can't wait for it to be May so I can read this post, and think to myself, "I remember writing that, man that time went fast!"
Six Flags Enthuseast Posted March 9, 2009 Posted March 9, 2009 ^I know how you feel, man. I just can't wait! Â Well, it's that time of year again (at least for my school)! Once again, 7th grade is having their annual castle project. We studied the Medieval unit in history, and this is the big "unit wrap up." We just make a castle to certain specifications and we bring it into class when we're done. Here are some pics from mine! Jeff Gordon does NOT approve of Tony Stewart Castle! Another mini river on the other side. Realistic mini river effect! Here's the front.
