odene497 Posted July 20, 2006 Posted July 20, 2006 Odene was the name(WTF?) of this crazy, fat busdriver my class had on our 8th grade class trip, 497 was our bus number. so i thought I'd dedicate my screename to good 'ol Odene
Jon Sabo Posted July 20, 2006 Posted July 20, 2006 Well, of course the name Kumba is in reference to the BGT ride. For some odd reason, that is one of my favorite rides (overall), especially when it opened. The #9 represents my football jersey in high-school and always had good luck with that number in general (17 being my all-time fav, but chose not to use it). Other names were considered such as Big Bag Wolf, Drachen Fire, Mr. Maintenance, and Nessie's Revenge. I had fond memories in working on these rides during the "Old Country" days, but chose not to use them since I was sort-of lazy at the time to be creative with these names, but Kumba9 sort-of stuck anyway (and use them on other forums as well). Good topic. Some interesting stories (on name selection).
Ryan King Posted July 20, 2006 Posted July 20, 2006 Well see its quite funny story..While i was in my mother's womb...I guess apparently her and my father chit chated over what they could possibly name that little piece of disaster. My grandfather's name was Ryan..and its been passed down through generations. Cause Im Irish and Im cool like that. SO..anywho..when I first joined up with this ridiculously cool website..i decided..hey..my name is Pretty cool i guess..so ill name my SN after my real name! Which is Ryan King for those of you that DONT know...so yeah.......
Darien Laker Posted July 20, 2006 Posted July 20, 2006 Darien Laker Darien Lake has always been my homepark, so it just made sense. The picture in my avitar is Viper at that park, and I chose that because it's the coaster that broke my "fear" and got me "hooked".
omgkingdaka Posted July 20, 2006 Posted July 20, 2006 Long long long long long long stoy I said omg on kingda ka duhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
masterofthematrix91 Posted August 6, 2007 Posted August 6, 2007 Master Of The Matrix: I can tell you everything about it. 91: stands for 1991: The year I was born

Goliath513 Posted August 7, 2007 Posted August 7, 2007 My favorite roller coaster is Goliath (SFMM) and my birthday is 5-13-90; hence the 513. And I have no creativity when it comes to names whatsoever.
FeelTheFORCE Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 I like Millennium Force and I want everyone to feel it!
brossa Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 My surname is "Broska" and yeah....it's just a derivation since my childhood. Tim
Tömmioh Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 My real name is Tommi. I don't remember if there was a registered user already with that screen name, but however I thought it would be cool to throw a ö in there and the -oh, well I don't know really, where that came from . I don't really like this screen name as much as I did when I joined, but meh.
thomas2 Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 I used to collect 3D puzzels from the company Wrebbit. It's that easy
ms13 Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 Simple, my initials plus the age I started surfing the internet!
coastercrazed49 Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 I don't know I thought it was catchy but now I hate it. I would of rather prefered Bostonboy or something along those lines.
jten11 Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 "j" - for the first letter in my name "ten"- cause i played the tenor sax back in my marching band years "11" - my original line number in my section in college ...and there you go
coastermaniac Posted August 10, 2007 Posted August 10, 2007 mines pretty much self-explanitory...I'm a coaster maniac
onewheeled999 Posted August 10, 2007 Posted August 10, 2007 For me, it's a little weird. I ride a unicycle, and that's where I got the onewheeled part. And since this used to be my AIM name, I was I think 9 when I made it, so I just did my age x3. I don't know, I was young and stupid. Then the name stuck. Yeah, so now it's onewheeled999.
Masked_Maverick Posted August 10, 2007 Posted August 10, 2007 I used to collect 3D puzzels from the company Wrebbit. It's that easy I've always wondered about your s/n.
