Cedar Point (CP) Discussion Thread

Just curious what the S.O.P. is for "Physics/School Days" at CP... I'd imagine that there will probably be a fair amount of people... I'd also imagine that they clear out by 3-4 pm... Early Entry would also be fairly open as well...

 

Anything out of the ordinary for these days at CP compared to how they typically are at other parks?

^^^ went to the park during the physics/school days last May and in my opinion, crowds were perfect. The waits weren't bad. The longest we wait was around 45 minutes for Millennium Force and Top Thrill. They leave around 4. If you are stay on property I would recommend doing early entry, stay in the park until 11-12pm, right when most of the schools get there. Go back to your room for a few hours and then go back into the park around 4-5pm, when all the school leave. The park will be almost dead around 6. This is what my friends and I did and it was perfect.

What the hell is going on with the webcams. One is zoomed in, one is just tilted down. Maybe they are trying to hide something from us???

Yeah, this seems suspicious... I think they have figured out our knowledge of what it will be! It's boring to look at, because all you see right now is birds and trucks I guess it's been raining there, because it was just pouring here in MA and the Gale Force cam shows rain, and one guy on site who appeared to have left.
