Jli7
Hi everyone ! This is my NoLimits interpretation that I created in Oktober 2009 and posted on the French forums (yes I'm french ). I feel that compared to the other entries based on plans mine is the more accurate and realistic.
coasterking2981
^To be fair, you can call it accurate, but no renderings or anything has been shown outside of the blueprints, which they themselves aren't exactly easy to recreate. Its a good attempted recreation. But your missing that double dip on one of them. At least it appears you got the drop right though.

Hhappy
So today i decided to drive to Efteling to get some pictures from the new GCI woodie being built there. These pictures are in the order that they were taken and are from (i think) all possible legal angles. Don't expect many comments from me, just wanted to give everybody an update on the progress of this built. Hope you like them. yeah,, the skyline in the park has changed. I was planning on using the pagode to present an overview from above.. but it was down for maintenance.. somethings new in this picture... yes.. that does looks a little different compared to my previous visits.. new from july 1st car from de vliegende hollander.. still a lot of fog inside and not much too see.. stupid sun... looking into the direction of Python looking into the other direction.. duhh track crossing and some theming... looks like the top part for the chainlift.. small theming stuff small tree left on a small island.. sorry, just had to ad this one.. the fog machine was working.. keeping an eye on what's happening.. track twisty?? hmm working tools can you spot the way both tracks are going? i see stairs... future photot ops.. depending on which way the train will be moving at that point.. yeah.. this view is different now that Pegasus is gone.. i like how this looks double lifthill what's that box doing there? looks like track metal racing.. plenty of wood would this be an airtime hill? zooming in.. looking forward to seeing trains here.. yeah.. this is just a "little" bigger then pegasus time to check out the other end of the ride.. this is near the rapids entrance water pumps "dreaming" of that one picture with three trains in it.. future photo ops should look interesting once they increase the water level again.. beautifull structure.. looks like a lot of nails how to use the tools at hand.. hmm, more construction stuff outside the park.. might as well check that out later.. just had to add this image looks like a lot of luggage.. time to take the train to see if there's more to be seen of this new coaster at least i got to see this angle.. looks like there's still plenty of work to be done on this side.. bottom part of one of the cranes.. another crane pretty close to the structure.. and how it looks on the park map.. next post will contain images from the outside area
Hhappy
ok time for a second post, these images are from outside the park. ok, here we go.. wood second fence.. aka construction acces area The following are images from the outside area looks like they have some room left at the moment.. not sure what this is used for.. owh wow.. there's even an area without the "tape" to block the view.. nice some metal, boxes and wood more wood and other random things.. metal thingy's timber bricks looks like they still have some wood left.. i think i know where this will go.. looks good more metal toys another look at some boxes and metal things.. hmm, straight piece of track... brake run? another box something with trees.. so many small details to look at.. looks like there's still some work to be done.. JohanR91
Translated Efteling- Most expensive ride ever Efteling breaks record with Hartemhof The Efteling will celebrate it's 60th birthday with the biggest and most expensive ride in the history of the Kaatsheuvel's fairytaleland The opening of this 42.5 million euro costing ride is planned for 31th may 2012. Not a co-incedense, that day it's exactly 60 years after the Fairytale forest opened it's doors. The park didn't want to give all the secrets of Hartenhof away. But it'll have the same level of the other darkrides such as Droomvlucht and Fata Morgana. The visitors will experience the ride in a vehicle. An important role is there for the famous Pardoes(park mascote). "This ride will really become the new icon of the Efteling" says De Boer. Hartenhof will be in the heart of the park, right at the end of the Pardoes Promonade(middle road from entrance) The rest isn't that important, all about the two new rides for this year. Also funny, this new ride will bring the total investment over 3 years up to 85 million euro's. And there is even more to come as far as the dutch fans know! darklingscribe
Wow, that's something. I can only imagine what the ride system will be like. Someday I fervently wish I can make my way back there to experience this park again. Efteling was one of the highlights of the 2008 Europe trip. Menghini
Efteling really needs such a dark ride again. I hope it will be as good as Fata Morgana/Droomvlucht! It looks great on the picture. "Pandora's box" as a transport system from Vekoma maybe?
TPDave
Wow, that's an absolute fortune to spend on a dark ride! I'll definitely be making my way over in 2012 if I can make it happen
itsasamccormick
Wow, that is some serious cash for a dark ride.... I may be a little off but with the current exchange rate it would cost 52.7 Million in the US. WOW....

ginzo
I bet this will be better than Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey. To me, at least it probably will be.
SharkTums
I think this will be really good for the park. I gotta be honest, I'm not blown away by the parks current dark rides and I think they're way overhyped. I'm assuming this new ride will be more like a DarKastle or Harry Potter so that should bring them up to the modern era of dark rides!
hyyyper
I had really hoped the Efteling would build a new steel coaster for once. I would invite the board of the Efteling to go IOA and BGT/W and take the seminar "How to theme a B&M"
larrygator
I had really hoped the Efteling would build a new steel coaster for once. I would invite the board of the Efteling to go IOA and BGT/W and take the seminar "How to theme a B&M" Do you really think a B&M is better for the patrons of Efteling than a well done dark ride? I think it would look very out of place, no matter how well it is themed.
