Thanks for the mention of our great coaster! I have no idea what my "top coaster" would be for each decade, but Coaster at Playland (PNE) certainly fits in here. Grizzly would be my favorite woodie though. (BGW & Kings Dominion) 1990's- Montu... Hands down the best invert ever built even after riding Banshee about a dozen times. Honorable mention to the Bat/Flight Deck and Apollo's Chariot. Wildcat would be my favorite woodie from this time. (BGT, Kings Island, BGW & Hershey) 2000's- Diamondback, also probably my number one steel coaster ever... This coaster kicks so much butt, I can't wait to get an amazing B&M closer to me though (Fury325 is only 2.5 hours away ). Lightning Racer is my favorite woodie from this time, also my favorite woodie ever. With Wildcat and Grizzly following close behind... (Kings Island and Hershey) 2010's- I305, mind blowing speed form start to finish... But a very one trick pony if you ask me... Still a lot of fun. 1950s: Matterhorn at Disneyland (before the refurb that totally ruined it) Â 1970s: Space Mountain and Disneyland - Seriously though, it's one of the all time greats. 1980s: Ninja - SFMM It's the only 1980s coaster I've ever been on, but it's still legitimately pretty cool. 1990s: Batman: The Ride - Still a ton of fun, even 20 years later 2000s: El Toro at SFGAdv - I haven't screamed (and I mean SCREAMED) like that on a coaster before or since.
