Realistically, Big Thunder at WDW as I might be able to handle that until my late 80's, But in general, even though I haven't ridden it...HELIX!

Ninja at SFMM.

I'm totally serious, too!

Ninja is one of the most underrated coasters I've ridden. It's incredibly original and just a genuinely fun, good coaster in a great setting. I consider it to be one of the best rides in the park (probably behind only Tatsu, Batman and Apocalypse when it's running well).

It's always nice to see it get some appreciation.

I would have to say Goliath at Six Flags Great America. It's my 3rd favorite coaster behind Outlaw Run (1) and The Voyage (2), but I think that it is much more re-ridable than my top two on my list. You get a great drop, some quality air time, and the zero g stall, without it being too intense.

I haven't ridden it yet, but I'd probably choose El Toro because I always hear about how the airtime on that ride is like getting thrown off a bull. Plus, based on the POV it looks like it has lots of postive-Gs and twistiness too.

X2, front seats (right or left side) so I have an unobstructed view of the ground on the face-first drop <3
