SonOfBeastSucks
If your a fat kid. You dont share your cake.If your a nerd. You dont share your video game. If your a scene/emo kid. You dont share your eye makeup that you stole from your sister. That is pretty much the dumbest philosophy I have ever heard from anyone. Even if I agreed with it, the way you put it would make me reconsider my opinion. Sorry.

CoasterNut17
You know what bothers me is whenever you so much as talk to one of your friends about roller coasters, they always think they know it all and it just ticks me off because I know they're wrong. Once I had a school project, and it had a picture of Millenium Force on it, and my friend thought it was called Millenium 2000! WTF? Also, another one thought that Top Thrill Dragster was KingDa Ka! Ok, just to show how dorky my one friend is, we went to SFGAm and he wacthed King Chaos over and over again and then he finally got on it and realized, Hey! It goes upside down! I didn't know that! But, you're right. It's not really a big deal, and I'm aware of that (now) but for some reason I just can't stand it. Oh well for me!

Annoying, but funny in the fact it makes them look stupid. i.e., You-"Kingda Ka is currently the fastest ride on earth." Him-"No its not. I heard there's some ride in Germany that goes faster."  Or, Him-"OMFG! TTD must go 250 miles per hour! OMFG!" You-"Actually, it only goes 120..." Him-"STFU!" californiascreamer1
1) I hate when I see humans mistreating animals for no reason. Â 2) I hate people who created the whole pop up, spyware, adware crap. Its just annoying. Having to install third party software just to erase that kind of stuff. Â 3) Disrespect. When someone talks to you like your are a piece of chewed gum on the pavement. I also hate it when I see someone else being the victim of this. Like a customer in a restaurant being rude to a waiter/waitress just because he can. Â 4) People who cheat in games and deny it when you catch them. Â 5) The people you think might be fun to watch a movie with but when you get there they always ask these stupid questions like "Whats gonna happen next??" or "Why did he do that?" or "Why is he dead?!?", and I always say "Well, lets watch the movie and find out. Oh! And on the same subject, I hate the cinemas that have the reclining chairs because it means people who need to stand up need leverage from your seat so you go way back... You feel you're going to be cannon-balled! Â 6) The people who take so long to pay at a cashier... They're the typical old-ladies that take out penny by penny... And it has happened, not just in the movies! Â 7) Lazy people.

shesaidboom
Why are text books so expensive? I mean, I could understand if it were a big fancy hardcover text book, but $150 for a flimsy little nothing book is just ridiculous. It's bad enough that I'm paying a stupid amount of money to take grade 11 biology disguised as a university Natural Sciences course. I get that it's one of those courses that everyone has to take, one of those mandatory 'optional' ones since you get a choice of which natural science you take. I get that because of this they want to make it 'easy', but at least attempt to provide something different or a challenge of some sort. I took grade 11 biology, I do not need to take it again! Give me new science, I like science! Â I also don't understand why they are teaching us to write essays in university. In every course we have to write essays for, "this is how you write a topic sentence..this is how you form a paragraph..this is how you get information..this is how you cite said information". Shouldn't we know how to write essays by university?! Why waste class time on this? Also, hello we can read! We do not need to spend two and a half hours going through every little detail on the syllabus. "You should come to lectures" Oh jeez, I wouldn't have thought to otherwise, good thing you told me! "Plagiarism is bad" ORLY?! "Study for tests" So that's why I always do so bad on those things! All through high school all I heard was "in university nobody spoon feeds you, you need to prepare yourself for that!" GIVE ME BACK MY SPOON, I CAN FEED MYSELF. I know I sound like some pretentious loser, "oh boo hoo school is easy", but I hate spending money for stupid crap like this. I want to learn useful things that will actually help me in some way in the future, I thought that's why I was there in the first place. Guess not
Meteornotes
^Sadly, you are likely far smarter than many of the students you're attending class with. Most of them probably need this information, and barely have any concept of how to read or write. It's sad really, but a lot of people go to college just because they're "supposed" to, not because they want to be there and learn something like you do. Â I'm with you on the textbook thing. It is one of the great scams of the modern era. I know some people can get better deals by going through Amazon or Ebay, but I know that isn't always possible for every book. cfc
^^Sadly, many college students in the U.S. can't write an essay by the time they graduate from high school and they think plagarism is OK--just ask my two English-professor friends.
IceDragon
So me and a few friends wanted to go to Thorpe Park and buy fast passes so we could go on all the rides in one hit.  The normal price is £32 to get in. A bit on the steep side, but for a park with a... selection of good rides, it's not that bad.  So we looked at the price a few weeks ago and saw they want £72!  For an unlimited fast pass for the day. Ok... I admit we were tempted to do it. You normally get 4 rides done.  So, I went back just now and to my surprise (yes it was a surprise) we needed to pay ANOTHER £10!!!!!  ENTRY WITH AN UNLIMITED FAST PASS FOR THE DAY COSTS *ONLY* ***£82!!!!!!*** RIP-OFF OR WHAT?  I am so angry! There's no way in hell I can afford that!!!
