YoshiFan
Yeah it seems random when they close it off or keep it open. I have seen it open with a 10 minute wait and closed when there is a 45 minute wait. It's also so far in the queue when it's a really long line it won't save much time and seems to work best when it is a 15 to 20 minute wait when you can usually walk right on using the single rider line. Zumanjaro's single rider line seems to vary. Sometimes they take 3 or 4 people per cycle other times 0 or 1 so I only use it if there are around 15 or less people in line. Genx24
FYI, Green Lantern's single rider line doesn't begin until you're about halfway through the normal queue, so it really doesn't offer much relief from the stand-by line. Edit: Just remembered that Zumanjaro's SRL isn't very helpful, either. There were a couple of times last year where I waited at least an hour in the stand-by line, and still boarded before people waiting in the much shorter single rider line. I wish GAdv had more, and better SRL's, because they were a life (and time) saver for me when I visited Magic Mountain
thecoasterdude
Wing coaster rumor! This was on the survey and was sent to ONLY GREAT ADVENTURE, unlike the 4D free-fly. https://instagram.com/p/35HMsCsi47/ Thoughts?
KarlaKoaster
My thought is that it is nice that so many parks recently seem to be willing to make a go of duelling coasters after Universal gave up on duelling Dragon's Challenge. I think Wingriders would be really well suited to duelling, but I guess it's just one of many ideas they're exploring at the moment?
Superbatboy
A dueling wing coaster? How much space would they need for that????
Brassinthegrass
Not much when each track is only 1,500 feet... I'll believe it when I see it...

thecoasterdude
Their probably gonna cut down lots of trees near the picnic grove and the water tower. They have a few acres of space, good for a wingrider.

IntaminLove
It sounded fake after reading the first sentence then it was 100% confirmed in my mind when Movietown was mentioned.
michaellynn4
Fake fake fakity fake fake fake. Park was pretty crowded today. Long lines on almost every attraction. #captainobvious
neil009
If SFGAdv got a wing coaster it would most likely be an X Flight clone. Why spend money on a new layout?
JaYmoNeY12 12
I know this isn't part of the 2016 debate, but im going to the park on Saturday and wanted to get just one ride on el diablo. Is it true that the wait for it has exceeded 2 hours? I know it's new but I'm not waiting that long for it.
michaellynn4
With a full queue, the wait was about 50-60 minutes. Anyone telling you two hours was exaggerating.
njcoasterguy34
You know what I'd like to see Great Adventure add? A coaster like Pandemonium at SFNE. I rode that for the first time on Saturday and really enjoyed it.

That's more reasonable, thanks Anytime.

Chris27
Dont get the hate for a 4D spinner. GA has everything else, a wing or a 4D is what they dont have so either one I'd take and be happy with.
njcoasterguy34
I wouldn't mind a wing coaster, either. I'm just not a big fan of spinning head over heels at random.
JaYmoNeY12 12
I'm usually not the flipping type either, but it's a very unique experience and there's only 1 other in the U.S. I really wanna try it.
Vtafro
Well I saw a photo in the mess of this thread somewhere, but does anyone know the opening date for batman backwards?
michaellynn4
It was marketed as July 3rd. I don't think it's changed, but you never know with the park.
Genx24
^ I don't know if that is the case anymore. I was at the park Wednesday, and for all the signs they have up for their July 4th weekend celebration, not one makes mention of Batman backwards. That strikes me as odd. Athletekim
I haven't been keeping up with this thread lately and tried going back a few pages to see if my question was mentioned but didn't see it due to all the talk about the coaster rumors, and etc... How has Nitro's trains been this year? I remember reading last year that one train had a rattle to it and wanted to know if it got solved during the off-season. Luckily last year I always avoided that train but was just curious to know before I head down to the park next week.
