Deja Vu releases the train off the lift vertical though. It would be a different experience rather than pulling a 9-10 car train up and over. Unless the crown of the vertical lift was pretty spaced out.

It seems that if this coaster was going to have a cable lift on vertical track, the trough holding the cable would be a little bit more reinforced. Farhrenheit uses a chain lift if I remember correctly.

The top pic shows what I would assume to be the bottom of the lift. It appears to be bent a roughly a 45 degree angle. it contains what one would assume to be a section to hook a ladder/staircase to. The middle pic shows what I presume to be the top of the lift, also containing those same ladder/staircase thingys. I highly doubt that would be associated with a vertical lift. The bottom pic which shows Farenheit's lift, that as stated earlier contains the spiral staircase to the inside. I just don't see this being a vertical lift.

You have to remember what is suggested is, A Giga Coaster with a vertical lift and not a beyond vertical drop coaster. So any "Fahrenheit doesn't have this" arguments are invalid, because this is a completely different coaster type, it even has different track ffs.

Does anyone have a head on picture of the piece that connects to the lift, then we could get a definitive angle of the lift?

I tried to enlarge one of the photos from the Eiffel Tower.

From this angle it doesn't look like 90°.

I think you're wrong, Chuck. I got out my protractor and put it up to the screen and it was obviously at least .7 degrees, so I think this is definitely going to be a Millennium Force clone.

If this lift is not vertical, I do say maybe the side where the stairs are could be an elevator style evacuation platform like on MF could this be a possibility? I have not seen a single person even bring this idea up yet.

I am not all concerned about the new coaster at the moment, I'll just wait till August when they announce it.

^A wise attitude, as excess speculation can cause the human brain to implode, which could open a vortex leading to back to the day that all these feverish speculations began. The resulting time loop would keep taking us back to the beginning, meaning that the ride will never be built and the speculations will go on forever.
