lankanboy101
The Intamin track that was spotted there is a new type of track they are producing. They are using a similar type of track for a ride at a park in Dubai that is supposed to be one of the fastest in the world. Hopefully, Cedar Fair heard wind of this and are adding a ride similar to that.

Thom25
I would love an Intamin air-time machine as well. But honestly, I'm just thrilled they are the manufacturer. B&M is nice, but Intamin really tries to step it up, and I can't wait till August to see what KD has up their sleeve. Even if it's an MF clone, I'll be thrilled, though a giga sized RoS would make me the happiest.
Hercules
^ Don't know which track pictures you're looking at, but it's definitely 11 airtime hills and 5 left turns. Are you sure? I just got off of the phone with the king of King's Dominion, and he confirmed exactly what I said.

I just got off of the phone with the king of King's Dominion, and he confirmed exactly what I said. I don't think an MF clone would easily fit in that footprint due to it's "L" shaped layout but it would be nice if it could.I'd also take an SFNE clone as well....anything is better than SFA's superman at this point. Word on the street is that they began pouring footers yesterday & that more track has arrived today.
snowboard83
actually, this year sfa's superman has been running the smoothest and fastest ive ever seen it. its been nuts! trains got a pretty good looking rehab also, too bad its down with lift issues right now. but yeah it couldve done without the 2nd helix in the layout. i could see this being a twisting-overbanked coaster seeing that sfa and bge have airtime machines... maybe to be a bit different. I still have a feeling though that it will be a prototype.
HCLcoasters
SFA has an airtime machine? You mean S:RoS? No, that ride barely gave me any airtime except the last 10 seconds of the ride while I was in the back row.
Wild 1
^ This year for some reason it really has become the airtime machine it once was, not sure why though. Wait thats a good thing... But really, lets wait till they at least get all the footers poured before we start guessing what it will be, at least by then we will be able to see some of its layout. HCLcoasters
^ I rode it this year and I really don't think it gives much air still.

No, that ride barely gave me any airtime except the last 10 seconds of the ride while I was in the back row. So wait......That hill between the 2 helices...that doesnt give any air at all right... ha. that is one of the most intense airtime moments youll find anywhere. it actually launches you so hard in the back your back hurts. The front it feels like you are being obducted by aliens you get pulled out of your seat so hard. So 4 major airtime hills, all will very good to ejector airtime...Id say that could be called an airtime machine. In addition, the entrance to the first helix and even the hill right before are giving out doses of airtime this year... Might wanna re-ride the ride there HCLcoasters... atem122
Most likely a stupid question here, but can bulky track like B&M track or the track found at KD transition like Maverick does? Or is it too bulky to do that?
Thom25
^It appears the double spine track is used with the single spne track - so the short answer is yes.

Kingbooba
I just got back from the park and I saw construction going on behind the Anaconda. There were cranes working. You could see it from the Drop Tower, Crypt, and Americana. I don't know if this was reported already...
