wizzy2k10 Posted January 3, 2011 Posted January 3, 2011 Just thought i'd post some more screenshots of what I am working towards. The turn around I have created isn't the normal b&m turnaround. I have gone for something a little different so please let me know what you think so far.
haux Posted January 5, 2011 Posted January 5, 2011 Why would anyone be afraid of an overbanked turn? *joke*
MeMeMe Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 "Take to the skies on Raven at Johnston Amusement Park, new for the 1987 season."
tdub96 Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 Needs more lowland foliage, like shrubs and bushes.
braztaz Posted January 7, 2011 Posted January 7, 2011 Because I haven't posted an update in a while... SCR210.BMP
tdub96 Posted January 7, 2011 Posted January 7, 2011 A LOT of pathing. Break that up in some areas, try to keep your pathways to be at most 4 squares wide to keep it looking nice.
tiger01 Posted January 8, 2011 Posted January 8, 2011 (edited) I havn't got much done yet but I am prepared to give a little teaser. And by Teaser I mean a lift hill shot. EDIT: The image was removed. Sorry guys. Edited January 8, 2011 by tiger01
Kraken & Manta Posted January 8, 2011 Posted January 8, 2011 I think I finally got it right... SCR5.0.bmp
the ghost Posted January 8, 2011 Posted January 8, 2011 Oh... I see that now. I didn't notice the grid, or I wasn't paying attention to it. That look awesome K&M, VERY creative!
PSiRockin Posted January 8, 2011 Posted January 8, 2011 (edited) Part of a western section. SCR270.BMP Much better! There's also a flat and a rowing boats ride nearby. (After...) SCR268.BMP :O Megalite? (Before...) EDIT: This is much better, with new colors and a break run. Notice the horse near the sign. Edited January 9, 2011 by PSiRockin
braztaz Posted January 8, 2011 Posted January 8, 2011 Loving it, though that brake run seems a bit too short.
emberfoot4565 Posted January 8, 2011 Posted January 8, 2011 I agree about the brake run. But the rest looks good! -------------------------------------------------------------------- More progress... What do you guys think? Teaser Inverted.bmp
djbrcace1234 Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 The only thing I don't like is there are few cars... It just bugs me. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tired of those Crabby table counter service Restaurants? Come stop by the Crabby Shack next to Zoooooomerang, Xcelerator, and Panic!
braztaz Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 ^Very nice, Jeff! The only "complaint" I have is the fence around the flowers. Why would there be flowers if the guests can't see them?
tiger01 Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 This is the beginings of my entry for a TPR competition. Track Work: 100% Terrain: 50% Buildings: 0% Overall: 20% Shot0900.bmp Teaser or what!
the ghost Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 This is my first EVER attempt to begrudgingly play rct3. RCT2 is broken and I have had RCT3, but Ive never really done anything with it, so well try this for now. Anyway, the theming is not that awesome...by the way this is no cs with no expansions. This will become a chain of parks as I can almost guarantee I wont complete a NCSO and no expansion park in rct3, and I am hopefully getting them soon. Without further ado... A few screens of Vaquera... the new(and first) coaster for Mortonson Gardens I'd love some criticism...but remember, this is my first EVER attempt at RCT3. Shot0003.bmp Vaqueras station. Shot0004.bmp Simple que...but nicely landscaped! Shot0002.bmp Hmmmmmm...Intamin!!! Shot0001.bmp Vaquera's layout...yes... landscaping and foliage will be added!
AlmereStars Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 ^ looks like fun little coaster ^^ No CS and No expansions.. uhm your really getting basic, good luck! I hope you post the park Here's the 2nd preview of my upcoming park. Its an Artist Impression 2nd preview
paradisecoaster Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 All three of you have made really good work!
