A.J. Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 Looks more like an old-style boardwalk park. My favorite!
grrt Posted September 26, 2011 Posted September 26, 2011 Well I've been real inactive lately... But I'm still here... I plan to have this park posted sometime around Halloween, but I can't possibly anticipate any delays on this. I originally intended on it being done by September... Oh well, the longer I work on it, the better it gets. Â
10ryansmith Posted September 27, 2011 Posted September 27, 2011 Thats really good... I wish that I would have gotten into RCT3 like that... Â Â ---------------------------- Â Im trying to get back into the game (so to speak). Yay or Nay? SCR230.BMP
Twitch Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 How does the layout look for a Togo stand-up?
jzoole Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 I've never posted anything before, but recently started playing RCT2 again after several years. I don't really understand how to do custom supports and scenery and hacking and such but here's a little park I've been working on. Is it worth continuing? SCR15.BMP SCR18.BMP SCR21.BMP
paradisecoaster Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 yes it's really worth continuing, really good stuff you got there.
Reon Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 That log flume/mine train in the middle pic=some of THE best RCT2 work I've seen in ages! COMPLETE THS PARK NOW
jzoole Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 ^^ Wow, really? Thanks man! I've been working on it some more here and there. Should I make a thread for it?
CP_RULES Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 There's basically nothing to see here...but I'm working on something so I figured I'd share, since I haven't in a while. "Death is only the beginning..."  Tyler, this looks really nice! Might i even say... hot??!
robmiester Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 Â This is the start to the entrance area of a New Orleans-based park I started. Imagine if there was a Jazzland-type park that, instead of being bought by Six Flags, was instead purchased by Cedar Fair. This park is a trio with Pacificoaster and Goliath513.
imawesome1124 Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 Man, that is some of the best archy I've seen in RCT2 robmeister. Please show more.
PSiRockin Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 The logo about "Park Name" is really nice, with the swirly grey steel and dots. Â Please continue!
the ghost Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 Oceano: A Unique Marine park... coming soon... CCI Posted October 5, 2011 Posted October 5, 2011 I like everything but Posiden. Anyone got ideas for this?
A.J. Posted October 5, 2011 Posted October 5, 2011 You really should just stick to the normal structure as opposed to the funky Giga Coaster braces. It will look much more clean.
CCI Posted October 5, 2011 Posted October 5, 2011 The reason for the giga braces was for it to pass over the road, I've done this for the rest of the supports.
A.J. Posted October 5, 2011 Posted October 5, 2011 (edited) Sheesh, I would never spend time re-making supports that already looked perfectly fine, realism or not. Honestly, if I would have to remake every single support to make it look like a Gravity Group wooden coaster to please NewElement or whoever, I wouldn't even bother. Â If you're still adamant about this project, I would still get rid of the giga braces and continue your existing structure, leaving adequate clearance for the roadway. You can get rid of a section of garden to include a support structure that's anchored to the ground in the roadway's median. Edited October 5, 2011 by A.J.
Coupon Posted October 5, 2011 Posted October 5, 2011 (edited) ^I'm pretty sure he isn't doing the coaster for NewElement. Some of us actually enjoy realistic parks. Great job CCI! Edited October 8, 2011 by Coupon
tdub96 Posted October 5, 2011 Posted October 5, 2011 Ryansmith, love the bridge but really dont like that triple helix at the bottom of the woodie drop. Looks incredibly intense.
