Agreed. It's just a flipping map...I'm not even sure why people make that big of a deal out of these things as it is.

I really like the way Cedar Fair does their maps. They are creative and fun to look at, yet accurate at the same time. I'm glad they changed Flight Deck (Bat) to orange on the map when they re-painted it.

 

Boomerang on the Knott's map is still blue, even though the coaster has been repainted two different colors after that.

Wow. I never realized how much room there was for expansion behind diamondback,

I wish my school would do this. They might be just a little cheap

They do have a lot of room, but you can't use a cartoon style park map as a legitimate representation of the property layout.

They have a lot more room than the map is showing, Behind Banshee. Behind Windseeker, Beast, diamondback etc.

From the map it does look like some kind of gazebo or tent.

It's interesting to see that the old Crypt building isn't on the map anymore. I know it's closed, but it was on last year's map even though it was closed then too.

The map looks nice. I like how there is a wide variety of colors (D-back = red, Banshee = purple, Bat = orange, etc...)

I would imagine that area will mostly be reserved for future water park expansions.

 

The more I look at banshee, the more I feel like it may be one of the best looking B&M's ever constructed. Speaking purely from an aesthetic point of view.

Jealous! They must be still deciding on the proper combination of nylon/polyurethane wheels to use thus why there's only wheel covers on the 1st 2 cars.

It looks like such a beautiful coaster. I love the colors they chose and am happy the went with the newer kind of restraints.

 

Lets hope I get up to the park in the next few seasons and get to ride it.

Oh Yeah!!! My first week in June getaway is looking to be one awesome trip. Besides visiting Kings Island, I will first be visiting Holiday World and Kentucky Kingdom. If you can imagine all those rides, both wet and dry rides, is it any wonder I'll be either all rode out or all washed up or maybe both.

 

In other words - another satisfied rider and amusement park flyer.
