^Looks fairly steep. Also interesting support

In true bastard step-child fashion, SWSA may not even hold on to the distinction of having the most interesting support structure on an out 'n back at a Sea World park.

Doesn't look any more steep than any other modern B&M coaster.

Also, the support is like that for clearance of the track turning off the MCBR underneath it.

Had a rest day today in orlando. Decided to take a nice little walk over to Seaworld to snap some Mako photos!! There wasn't really much going on. From what i could see and heard, there was just a lot of land clearing going on. The storage area is right next to discovery cove. Its going to look beautiful once it breaks the skyline!!

I wouldny be suprised if the half airtime hill leading to the MCBR provides ejector air. It just looks so sudden.

Oh don't be silly. Everyone knows that B&M would never build a coaster that had any airtime... Let alone ejector time.

That's sarcasm?

B&M does floater air quite well. Fun rides. Just nothing spectacular.

^That will probably be more exciting than the ride itself...

Bashers out already - lol. A few track pieces laid and we have an excitement call out level already.

Developers, Owners, Builders and anyone else involved in these projects must shake there heads at throw away comments like this.

Hope you never get called for jury service - Guilty my lord - but I haven't had my trial yet - you probably did it.

Since this park appeals to families I think a standard B&M hyper with floater air is the perfect choice for them. I'm sure it'll be a lot of fun. Also after riding Fury I'm prepared to be surprised by the level of intensity... I don't expect it but you never know. Fury is a complete beast of a coaster.

^Agreed. I'm usually 1st to jump on the "Newer (2004 and after) B&Ms are forceless" bandwagon however after visiting BGT this past week I will admit Sheikra kicked my a$$. Fantastic ride and I personally think it's better than Griffon. Yes, better than Griffon.

Mako will be exactly what this park needs. It will boost attendance as it is a rather large attraction. The girlfriend and I are already planning a trip back to Orlando so we can check out Food & Wine as well as Cobra's Curse and Mako.

To be fair to Disney, SeaWorld Orlando installed metal detectors today too. Of course, it doesn't sound like Aquatica or Discovery Cove have them. I guess TERRAH~! is afraid of water.

I think it's already the best coaster at the park as it stands right now. Not a big fan of Minnow and Phytoplankton, err, Manta and Kraken.

I hope it is, my past couple of trips even on really crowded days both Manta and Kraken never had a wait longer than 10 or 20 minutes. I hope Mako is a hit but something like Cobra's Curse or Fire Chaser Express would be really nice for SeaWorld. Maybe that's next after Cobra's Curse is a huge hit for Busch Gardens.

Nitro says hi

Pretty sure Nitro opened in 2001.......

I know. That doesn't mean it isn't almost forceless, because it is.

I think that this is a wonderful addition to this park. It will be big, fast, smooth and fun. I love Goliath at SFoG and if this is even close to that, it will be a huge hit.

My favorite coasters are like SkyRush and I-305, and I'd love to see one built nearer to me, but in all honesty - that would not be a good fit for Sea World.
