turbolaaf Posted May 30, 2007 Posted May 30, 2007 That is one twisted puppy! Thanks for the pic! Puppy ????? Its the highest en biggest GCII ever build
hyyyper Posted May 30, 2007 Posted May 30, 2007 i've seen the pic on the dutch boards, and it's already on my desktop, but why open a new topic for it? can some moderator plz merge these threads?
coasterdude5 Posted May 30, 2007 Posted May 30, 2007 Incredible, this reminds more of Thunderhead than anything else. Anyone agree?
verticalzero Posted May 30, 2007 Posted May 30, 2007 Love it, it is more closer together than Thunderhead and the 1st GCI woody for Europe. Let's hope the lift-hill is super strong..
arrowfanman Posted May 30, 2007 Posted May 30, 2007 ^ Funny that GCI is finally going international. I was just talking to a friend about this, but I find this ride to be so beautiful! That's one thing that GCI really has down--they make wooden coasters an art form. -Jahan
Airtime&Gravity Posted May 30, 2007 Posted May 30, 2007 Wow, Troy looks incredible, and I thought it would be a near clone of Thunderbird, so this is a nice surprise. Airtime-I thought Toverland was a family park-&Gravity
Billy Posted May 30, 2007 Posted May 30, 2007 wow! that looks tight, like a tiger! ( <- dr. evil ) That first drop looks so intimidating. Looks like a ton of action.
Carnage Posted May 30, 2007 Posted May 30, 2007 wow! that looks tight, like a tiger! ( <- dr. evil ) You mean Goldmember.
Swimace Posted May 30, 2007 Posted May 30, 2007 ^ Funny that GCI is finally going international. You guys are forgetting Thunderbird. Anyways, I think Troy may be the best GCI so far, which is saying a lot because all of the newer GCI's have been great! I can't wait to hear some reviews for this thing once it finally opens
christianscoasters Posted May 30, 2007 Posted May 30, 2007 THAT IS HUGE!!! I'm fine if that goes into Wild West World instead of Thunderbird!
Billy Posted May 30, 2007 Posted May 30, 2007 You mean Goldmember. hahah goldmember, good call... ugh.. and ive seen that movie a million times too.. This ride looks just as good as Renegade looks. The new woodies look absoloutly fantastic these days...
christianscoasters Posted May 30, 2007 Posted May 30, 2007 It looks like Troy is trying to copy Booster Bike's turnaround . BB also looks tiny compared to Troy!
PKI Jizzman Posted May 30, 2007 Posted May 30, 2007 That circled part looks sexy and full of airtime.
Axman Posted May 30, 2007 Posted May 30, 2007 Forgive me, sensor fairy. Troy looks awsome. It should make up for the crapy movie.
californiascreamer1 Posted May 30, 2007 Posted May 30, 2007 Holy $&@! That looks AWESOME! I so wish i could ride it sometime soon.
CP_RULES Posted May 30, 2007 Posted May 30, 2007 That circled part looks sexy and full of airtime. I'm pretty sure thats a turn, since when do turns have airtime? -Justin "Sexy? Yes! Airtime? No!" Seabaugh
kraken613 Posted May 30, 2007 Posted May 30, 2007 That circled part looks sexy and full of airtime. I'm pretty sure thats a turn, since when do turns have airtime? -Justin "Sexy? Yes! Airtime? No!" Seabaugh Its pretty obvious you haven't been on Thunderhead at Dollywood. Thats when air was brought into turns!
DATman Posted May 31, 2007 Posted May 31, 2007 Not to mention that an air hill is in the circled area...
CP_RULES Posted May 31, 2007 Posted May 31, 2007 Not to mention that an air hill is in the circled area... I thought he was only taking about the turn, I do see that air hill now. With that being said, I completely agree with you Zach!
