In what place? Are you referring to Mooseburger being closed for a remodel?

Going to magic mountain on Sunday and decided to give the flash pass a tryout. Any advice on how to get the most out of it?

^ One of the better tips is to reserve your next ride as soon as you enter the line. That way when you get off the ride it may be time for your next one.

Do you just select the ride on the unit, or do you have to scan it at each ride to enter the virtual queue?

^ It is done on the unit and the ride op will scan it when you get in line.

X2 has been closed since September or August, can't remember exactly.

 

Jeromy, if you've yet to actually purchase the flash pass, I would actually save your money for the summer. I was at the mountain this past Sunday and it was super dead. Perhaps if they actually get the word out about X2 reopening they may get a decent crowd, but we are basically in the offseason now. I just don't want you to regret spending money that doesn't actually save you much time.

 

Happy to hear that both you and coaster guy will be there on Sunday. I'll try to make it out to maybe meet up? If you're reading this Ed, this is the guy you rolled back on Superman with over this past summer.

Here's where the chain broke and the park left the train on lift for a few days

Okay those random red restraints in row 5 are killing my OCD.

^^The red ones in row five and only on the left side of row 1 mean that this is train #2. Trains 1 and 3 have that too except that the red restrains and in row 6 on one of the and row 7 on the other one. I wonder which two will be operating this weekend.

It's SFMM you know... We should be thankful that at least it's red, not green, purple, white, yellow etc And most importantly, that didn't remove those seats.

^^When I spoke to Tim Burkhart @ WCB of 2011 he said it was being stored underneath X2 because some roller coaster museum wanted it but he told them he wasn't paying to transport it. He said he was waiting on them to provide transportation. So either he's still waiting on them to cut the check for the transport or they gave up on it.
