Mater Posted February 26, 2015 Posted February 26, 2015 Hairtime for the entire train more likely. Compare the height of the High-Five to the first drop. You're gonna be soaring through that thing and over the next hill.
COASTERelic Posted February 26, 2015 Posted February 26, 2015 Yes indeed. I just saw the Blue drop coming off the High 5 and all I can say is OMG. Cannot wait for that nice POP of AIR. Another reason RMC chopped so much off the horseshoes.....SPEED. They used to so sooooooooooo slow.
Gnome Posted February 27, 2015 Posted February 27, 2015 Still like my once per visit front car ride on Scream, which is the only seat worth riding on any floorless imo. Other than that, I could care less about it or any other B&M floorless design. I'm happy they painted it, and it's no longer an eyesore. But sitting next to the awesomeness that will be Twisted Colossus means I get to care even less. Moving on...  lol. If they ripped Scream out overnight, I doubt many people would give it much of a fuss. They could reallocate its operating/maintenance budget elsewhere. Maybe then they could staff Tatsu better so the line will moves faster.
COASTERelic Posted February 27, 2015 Posted February 27, 2015 How long before we start hearing complaints that all the steel beams are not white even though the concept art clearly shows them as grey. Come on...we all know it is going to happen sooner or later.
DJeXeL Posted February 27, 2015 Posted February 27, 2015 I'm just worried about the wheels hitting the bolts........
Password121 Posted February 27, 2015 Posted February 27, 2015 This looks stupid! Is it too late to #SaveColossus?
ioio Posted February 27, 2015 Posted February 27, 2015 The twisting on the green track looks ridic!!!!

Come on...we all know it is going to happen sooner or later. Â Â That has totally already happened. Right before the parking lot lines discussion.
COASTERelic Posted February 27, 2015 Posted February 27, 2015 Speaking of Parking Lot, I say MM builds two more parking lot coasters and than build a Parking Structure.
tatsu_dude Posted February 27, 2015 Posted February 27, 2015 Amidst the sea of endless Scream criticism, do I see more real airtime...in California...? How can this be? Holy crap that looks amazing. Now I want to see the green double down...

Now I want to see the green double down... Â Yeah every time the subject comes up I just sigh, cause I know we're in for a long 10-20 pages. Â But yeah... airtime!
SimiGeek Posted February 27, 2015 Posted February 27, 2015 https://www.google.com/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=six+flags+magic+mountain+season+shopping+pass&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8 Â They introduced a shopping pass which lets you get 20% off if you buy their crap a lot. Who the hell spends $200 on souvenirs?
ZeroGravity55 Posted February 27, 2015 Posted February 27, 2015 This is a engineering marvel and the ride isn't even completed yet.
Jew Posted February 27, 2015 Posted February 27, 2015 I don't see anything in the fine print saying you need to spend $200 with the shopping pass.
steveinphoenix Posted February 27, 2015 Posted February 27, 2015 Looks like they are quickly approaching the really interesting areaHere are some new pics courtesy of OUR MOUNTAIN. Its really looking good!
G-Force! Posted February 27, 2015 Posted February 27, 2015 Looking better and better each time I visit this thread. I can already see those trains flying through that section in my mind and all I see is airtime
steveinphoenix Posted February 27, 2015 Posted February 27, 2015 Yeah, that green side going into and coming out of the High-5 element is going to be one wicked ride.
