I'm glad they're losing Ssnce they're not part of CF anymore. Anyways, I'd call it the park with that one really cool spinny coaster that SF calls, "Mr. Six's Pandemonium"

Frefall at Magic Mountain, status?
Gnome replied to SpectralN's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
^ I agree with both statements, in the front on riddler's your feet will actually fly up. And they should replace free fall with an intamin drop tower. -
That pov was good, but it was no where near as good as my medusa pov. 8)

You should try to get a sitcom on FOX! They take any show that gives a script with money stapled to it, of course the downside is you'll probably be cancelled after the first season.

I think he's talking about the project as a whole. Are they still doing it? Or they just doing it on wooden coasters? Or will the steelies get thier moment to shine, as well, in thier own segment of it?

Gnome replied to PKIDelirium's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
No, because if it was then bill gates would have came in and said, "They are ants, miachel, they are ants." -
Yokohama Cosmoworld Wheel...

They have one of those observation wheels in London, I've seen it in several Travel Channel shows, and once in last season's (boston rob one) Amazing Race. -

New B&M Flying Coaster in Beijing
Gnome replied to ECZenith's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
well, who knows if the park is even open yet. It was suppose to open up this year, but maybe they decided to push back the grand opening of the park to 2006? -
I can't believe they took so much out just to put in the Crappy little Perilous plunge that most people don't even bother to go on because it soaks the crap out of you! Rip it out and use it to put in a roller coaster that every one will enjoy. THey still have big foot and the log ride to enjoy as water rides, and riptide, as well. Rides Breaking Down
Gnome replied to Thrillrider15's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
La Revolution (the cycle had just started when it broke down, so we got like a 10 second ride of spinning WEEEE) V2 @ SFMW - we got about 2 station passes, on the third it broke down on us, but thats not all that uncommon since it breaks down quite a bit. I was also on ET at USH when that ride broke down, I always wanted to break down in the room with the city, but unfortunately we broke down in the room with all the little ET's. -

Ornament Express Video NOW AVAILABLE
Gnome replied to DegoRed's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
it was cool, but it was missing some onride footage (how would you get the camera that could be mounted onto that thing, anyways?) Other than that, it was real good, and the slowing down really does add true coastering "realism" effect to the ride. ALthough it's realistic to begin with (since it is real life) but it moves a lot more like a full scale roller coaster. Anyways, good job, it looks great, and I can't wait till this years model is up. Do you plan to have any inversions like a heartline roll or something? -
Theme Park Review Announces Our 2006 UK Trip!
Gnome replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I would love to go with you guys on this, all those parks look awsome.... except for that black pool. On average, how much would you save if you were to go on one of your TPR trips as appose to doing it all by yourself? -

1. Top Gun PGA 2. Silver Bullet 3. Batman (SFMM) Now, I need to get on Dragons, Katun, Nemesis, Pyranees, Talon, Raptor, and Black Mamba before I die! That's quite a list, isn't it? -
Kingda Ka- Who cares?
Gnome replied to maliboomer's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
On top of that, I've heard that TTD's top hat sucks cuz there's not much air, where as KK has a whole ton of ejector air on the top hat, and a whole crap load of floater on the hill to follow. Sounds great doesn't it? THen only complaint i've heard from the people who have actually been on it is that do to its velocity the trains shake a lot, but other than that its great!!! -
rides with insane lines but not worth the waits
Gnome replied to methos's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Xcelerator, unless its your first ride ever on it, its not worth the wait you'd wait at Haunt, or any other crowded day. -
Yeah, but there's nothing you can do about it, besides you go to SFMM once a year, don't you?
