  1. ^ I do what I can, to stay "on time" with (most) everything in the world, lol. U R most welcome!
  2. ^^ For that much money, could it possibly be another trackless dark ride? Could happen. And I will miss Spookslot.... a bit. I did see it every time I visited. Was a fun several minutes to spend.* EDIT To Add: Or maybe it could be an e-motion coaster, stopping and starting, like Pandemonium was at Parc Asterix in France? *When there wasn't groups of screaming children, w/o being supervised by their teachers, etc.
  3. I always smile, when I see this page at my credit union's website. Go Vancity!
  4. And another one.... "Life's a Beach, and Then You're Stoned."
  5. ^ Those look comfortable. I have a new pair of Blundstones, which I still used to wear on a lot of theme park tours. Went thru two pairs in 20 years. Taking a while to break the new ones in, since I'm not going anywhere anyway, coughcovidcough. And "wearing them around the house" isn't really that 'fun' to me. But it does help break them in, all-the-same.
  6. Listening to first full studio album release of Daft Punk, on the radio! CBC Radio 2. Heard it/danced to it, in the late 1990's. Still great dance music! Happy 25!!!
  7. ^ Anyway (Answer: 5) .... here's what's coming to London's West End, soon. Based on the popular UK tv show. Truth!
  8. Meat Loaf Louie Anderson R.I.P.
  9. Time for a New Year's One! This was a REAL ad in our local Safeway's weekly flyer. I never checked the cereal out, sadly.
  10. ^ I am not registered for Twitter, although I can still go look and see the photos, notes, etc.. I just can't post anything, that's all. But I do want to thank Robb and Elissa, for the great photo/note about their popcorn buckets!
  11. ^ Two of the franchises here in Vancouver, FAT Burger and Vera's, both provide awesome burgers and easy build-your-own ones, too.
  12. I went back to eating pizza at the restaurant, yesterday. The "salad & meatballs" will be done once a month, at least. Followed by a pizza take out, later on that Wednesday evening. That said, I went back to another fave there - Olive Oil based with sausage meat and rapini all over it. I chose the 'white' sauce. And still a goody, I must say. A reminder of what I ordered. With the white sauce base. Yum. I actually didn't think I could finish it, so "David's Slice" was easy to save.
  13. ......With the way current medical 'things' are going, I am wondering if Cirque's Alegria Tour will still come to us in late March. Best case scenario, I get my $$$ back, if they have to cancel, etc. Still, it will be sad if they do have to cancel the tour.
  14. I love all of these buckets! And Happy POPcorn Day, too! But - I am sooo glad I collect only the Snack-Size 'holders'. I do live in a big house, but already I have over 25 TDR candy holders! And if they were Popcorn Buckets, instead? ........ eep. Still - there are some really beautifully/imaginatively designed buckets, out there.
  15. It's Pizza Day today! (I go across the street to my current fave pizza place, around 4pm PST.)
  16. ^ You are definitely certified CRA - ZY. IMhO. But nonetheless..... <DROOL> I getcha!
  17. Another great musical score! Hope they do a recording of the Broadway cast! The Broadway Cast of SIX - long may they reign!
  18. Been a while, but I love this work of Morrisette's "Jagged Little Pill" album into a triumphal Broadway Musical that won two TONYs for it. It's so worth getting and listening to, with Broadway style orchestrations!
  19. ^^^ Backwards side of Supe preferred, ditto.
  20. And I didn't know this till now .... but David picked out a rather unusual ice cream "flavor" (to me) of Hagen Daaz, shopping earlier. White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle I can't even imagine what the 'blend' of this stuff tastes like. Especially with that .... truffle! We shall find out, eventually. Hee hee hee.
  21. It looks like it was ..... kissed by FROZEN.
  22. And that ^ reminds me of this one, in the front window of the Main Street Glassware shop in DL. Sparkly, hmmm? Rotating stand too - classy! Photo taken in Sept. 2019. And since I know I couldn't afford it, I didn't ask the price. Or forgot to. Age does that to ya.
  23. Am off to get some awesome Rosemary Rocksalt Bagels this afternoon! They're great, and today, they're $12 for a dozen, all one kind, or a mix of. https://rosemaryrocksalt.com/ And I am totally sure, that everybody around this sphere, has their fave bagels place, too.
  24. ^ I think this is why I love wooden coasters. Still a design-and-build, right? And mainly based on gravity, yes? No? I do know tech and computer stuff are now more involved with woodies, as much as steels. Still - all this stuff about prepulsion, braking, etc. etc... Gives me a headache, lol.
  25. Have to comment, after seeing all the craziness that one f-ing popcorn bucket can bring, and I am looking at you Figment, well .... it's just nuts. But that said, I do collect TOMICA toy cars from the Tokyo Disney Resort. Get them on eBay, usually. And I am sure the lineups for getting those 'souvenirs' can be much the same, that's happening in WDW. Still, with the prices I've seen for the Figment buckets ..... if you really REALLY want one, you'll "pay the price." Other than that, I am glad Elissa got one for her friend w/o too much time wasted in the queue for it.
