  1. Joey, do you keep the boxes that everything came in? I ask specifically of all the TOMICA 'vehicles' you have? I have really no more actual 'space' in the house anymore, to really show off all the TOMICAs I have. I need more shelves, too, I guess LOL. So I keep them all in their boxes, hidden away, privately. But I am curious whether you keep the boxes, or not? And what do you do with them, if you do keep them?
  2. ^ Looking good, there. Thanks for the updates, Marcus.
  3. ^^ It needs a beer, there. Lotsa pepperoni though, which is a very good thing.
  4. My back has started to "bug me" again. Been a few years since I got chiro to take care of it.

Hmmm. Maybe another chiropractical visit is in order, since we can actually see doctors again, here.

    Stay tooned .....

  5. ^ That "Chariots Of Fire" segment (second vid) was a - may - ZING!!! Great use of fire AND movement. Thanks for sharing the videos!
  6. Yay! Won some $$$$ on my weekly buy of scratch tickets and the Poker Lotto I play, as well. Feels good.
  7. ^ I do think that the balloon in there might prevent more..... uh .... snacks from being stored in it? Unless of course, it's a flat kind of thing ...
  8. These will be available on March 31st in Tokyo Disneyland. Here ya go, Elissa! And note, these are candy/snack cases, not popcorn buckets. Here's more info: https://wdwnt.com/2022/03/adorable-mickey-balloon-candy-cases-featuring-chip-n-dale-coming-march-31-to-tokyo-disney-resort/
  9. I need to make myself some tuna salad, for sandwiches, ASAP!
  10. ^ I was thinking, that with how "the house" is set up (with a inner courtyard and all the 'doors' up above, one level?), maybe doing the Omnimover route might be best for this, if it was ever built. And - I like the way that the "cardboard boxes" Omnimover in the Universal Pets' "Off The Leash" attraction were spaced farther apart than the Disney parks Omnimovers. Maybe if they take away two vehicles between two (that make sense?) all the way, it might prove to be a better experience, than the riders seeing that long, ongoing never ending line of Omnimover cars ahead of them. Just my thoughts on it.. Universal Hollywood's "Pets: Off The Leash" Omnimover system. Photo from Theme Park Insider.
  11. Some wonderful wintery shots there, Marcus! As well, all the night shots with various lighting are awesome, too. Thanks for sharing this set, before you show the set of photos you intended to post, LOL.
  12. ^ It's going to be really fascinating how things go, with Q back, after .... how many decades? I think The Quote went something like ..... "The trial never ends, Jean Luc."
  13. Now, after watching "video rumors" here and there...... I will be "totally looking forward" to a Columbia Pavilion in EPCOT's World Showcase, with an attraction based on "Encanto: La Casita"... Could happen, yes? No? But "we won't talk about It, no, no, no...." (THIS IS ALL BASED ON CURRENT UNSUBSTANTIATED RUMORS..) A different kind of "Haunted Mansion."
  14. ^ Very envious of what you saw and experienced, with or without Ms.LuPone, lol. I do hope she got better. I actually saw/experienced her in the original "EVITA" back 1979, then later in "Anything Goes" in 1989, on Broadway. What an wonderful actress she is! And as far as SIX goes, I am so hoping there will be a Tour to come our way, in several months or so. I've been lip-syncing the studio recording for - ever LOL! The Broadway 'SIX', on The View, a few months' back.
  15. Just because ........ I feel that Russia should be cut off, from ALL of it's exports to the rest of the world. Simple. Cut off a major currency input for their ongoing existence ..... could go BADA-BOOM for them.
  16. ^It looks 'basic' as queues go, but the whole loading station looks really great, with the theming that it has, and with the coaster trains there, lined up for their 'journeys into space'. Am soooooooooooooooooooooo looking forward to this, on a future WDW trip!
  17. Hmmm. Three-and-a-half weeks, until I turn .... "that number" ..... 69. In the mean time - and in between time - Ain't we got fun? - this past year will be noted ..... and masked ..... and socially-distanced from, lol. Hope everybody pulled thru this past year, okay. Still a ways to go, but so far, we're doing what we can ....... thanks everybody! Myself, and Groot, in Disneyland, Sept.12, 2019. I look totally scary, but am totally cuddable.
  18. ^ You should enjoy the first episode of this new Picard season. No spoilers but could be described as Very (dare I say?) Deep. We loved it. Oh, and SPOILER ALERT ~~~~~~ Goldberg found out she was being re-invited in, on The View, when Patrick Stewart was a guest there. It was all pre-planned and he publicly (on live tv) asked her if she would like to come back, on "ST:Picard", and "bring back Guinan"....? She literally fell into his arms laughing and crying, with the audience going nuts. Very cool video segment, when you find it. She is a very revered/legendary Star Trek character now, thanks to the writers and Whoopi Goldberg, herself. ....... And then there's Q ...... (To be continued...)
  19. Awesome! You got a button commemorating the event! I got a couple like that, from Playland(PNE) when both AtmosFEAR (2011) and The Beast (2015) first opened. They're great little souvenirs of any visit you do, especially during 'First Ride Events', etc. Thanks for the great tour of your visit there, especially of Iron Gwazi! My two 'prizes' of Opening Day Rides. (o:
  20. ^ I tried to get into, it. But it didn't 'work' for me. David, however, loved it! And he's equally hopeful as you, that a 3rd Season will be done! For myself, "Star Trek: Picard" restarted tonight, with re-visits from Guinan (!) and Q (!). Can't wait to see the episode in question,
  21. <SIGHS> looking at this. ^ Already it's looking pretty awesome.
  22. This just in. The PNE, Playland, and a production company are holding the first annual HAPPYLAND , on Sunday July 31st, which is also The Day of our Pride Parade here in Vancouver. The event starts at 5pm, and ticket prices range from $55-99.50 Cdn, the higher priced ticket being for a special VIP one, with included perks. Must be 19+ for the VIP part. EDIT to add: As old as I is, I decided to Birthday Myself one of those VIP tix. I mean, 19+, drinks. food. concerts, and riding Coaster at night....??? Deal. (Cost me $126.50 w/taxes Cdn / $100 U.S.) I get the feeling I might end up as an older 'chaperone' to the whole event. Hope I don't feel that way. Wanta have a good time, a few cocktails and nibbles, no matter the music or the rides, COASTER@NIght!!!! And a TR will happen, no promises. http://pne.ca/ By the way, "Happyland" used to be the original name of Playland, back in it's origin days. Truth! And I had to look up Orville Peck, to find out what he was all about. Great info. on him. Looking forward to a lot of the concert. The concert area. PLAYLAND is "south" of this area.
  23. This just in! The PNE and Playland, with a company, are putting together HAPPYLAND on July 31st. Which happens to be The Pride Parade Day here in Vancouver. Looks interesting. By the way, "Happyland" was the original name of Playland, "way back then". My age re: I have no idea who "all of the above" are, but I am most willing to go and enjoy all the music! http://www.pne.ca/ The event starts at 5 pm, and ticket prices range from $55 - $99.50 CDN (+ taxes), the highest amount being for a VIP Ticket, with perks. And... decided to "Birthday Myself," (end of March) and bought a VIP Ticket to the event! I get a special viewing area for all the concerts, bars, great food all over the park, private bathrooms (ooooo) and most importantly ...... night rides on Coaster!
  24. A Busy Wednesday, This Week! Usually, I am there at 4pm at the restaurant's opening, and "maybe" a few people will show up, or a couple, later on. This past Wednesday, as soon as I was seated, several other people showed up, most of them to dine in! I was a bit shocked, since this is The First Time a crowd has shown up at opening hours. Hmmm. Guess the word's catching on about the place opening at 4, instead of when they used to open, 5pm. That, and Co-vid rules are starting to be relaxed (a little) about public indoor places, like gyms, restaurants, movie places, etc. Anyway, I decided to really treat myself, and once again, enjoyed The Cappricciosa pizza. With a tomato base, and plenty of cheese on top of it, with mushrooms, artichokes, olives, and wonderful prosciutto and pepperoni! Busy busy, already at 4pm! The Cappricciosa. Mmmm. The all-important close up shot of it all. What I left for David to enjoy, later on.
