^ Just asking, but ... when does a birthday equal being a holiday? I think they'd be more into National/Worldwide Holidays, etc. Hmmm. Maybe an Easter Land, perhaps? Bunnies, bunnies everywhere, Bwah - Ah - Ahhhhh. Or you were kidding all along, darnya!

This is playing on the radio, in full. With a lot of backstory (past and present) about k.d. and her life thru music. Which I love. Have all her albums and the 'extra stuff' she's sung, thru the years (LIVE concerts, movie scores, etc.). Recently (and sadly), she has stated she is pretty much done with making music. Just wants to enjoy the rest of her life, etc. So, you really can't diss an artist, from wanting that in their life, Yes? No? And we are already really blessed with (currently) so much music from her. P.S. Never say never, ms. lang. Pardon that 'stuff' up in the corner. From The Net. And Bless k.d. I could listen to ALL of her music, over and over, again. Timeless.

Here's one for DCA (sort of) Nostalgia: This was taken on my Sept.2016 trip to the Disney Empire Lands. And West Coast Bash, w/ SF:MM and Knott's, too. Now, does anyone out there have a more recent shot, taken from the same spot? #Justcurious. How time has flown by, hmmm?

Great presentation! And it definitely reminded me of how many kinds of coasters are already out there. Thank you for putting your post together. And I hope you get what you've wished for, too.

That is a lot of rides, there! And that Super Viking! Whoah. I wish ours went that high. And in that last photo ... is that a monorail of some kind running by, there? Just curious. Looking forward to seeing more of those "seaside parks" you have visited.

^ They're all over Scandinavian parks, too. Seen and been on a few, on my TPR Tours. Future VIKING stuff looks great for Drayton Manor. And yay for keeping Buffalo Coaster! But ..... honestly ..... Walhalla? Valhalla not amused by this. That name sound like Looney Tunes thing. Not good, Wabbit. TPR 2006 Tour - UK - Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Also sound like "Walla Walla" Onion from Wash. state. Djurs Sommerland had one ~ TPR 2014 Scandi Tour.

Intense discussion on the local radio, recently, with the question... Which is Canada's Best Loved Dessert? Butter Tart? or Nanaimo Bar? I'm a Bar guy, myself, with my mother born in Nanaimo BC, on Vancouver Island fer gawds' sake! Heart of Canada's Nanaimo Bar Land! Is this Canada's Fave Dessert? A messy thing you wouldn't even serve to your cat/dog? And there's not even any maple syrup in it, for darned sake! Or is it the (MOST OBVIOUS CHOICE) Nanaimo Bar, from the West Coast of Can'eh'da? And is so exquisitely layered the way that it is. <drool>......

Here's one. A really REALLY adorable puppy .... And so doggone cute! The fur colouring is really something! And then there's that "Just A Touch of..." 'accentuation' over the one eye. Perfect.

Saw on other sites, that Dolly was there, doing a mini-welcome wagon 'parade' for the opening season. Man, I would love to meet her! She's so honest, and forthright with her convictions. And support. And her music! Photo from the web. Thank you to whoever put this together.

I honestly, really think, that the coaster-riding public, doesn't give a flying f about the "color scheme" etc. They want a thrilling coaster ride. Period. IMhO.

It's going to be quite something to see, when that Cars Road Trip fence comes down (if it does in fact come down), and waaaaaay in the distance, you see Arendelle! Thanks for the great update! EDIT to add: Of course, Disney Parks are known for the Instant Forests they've grown and planted along with the attraction, etc. So ..... they may still block the view of "Arendelle" (and the lake) with more trees around that section of Road Trip, that can see it all. Could happen.
