What do you think is the best looking coaster train?

I have a couple:

^ Ironically, I find both of those to be 2 of the ugliest trains out there. X2 just looks like a hunk of steel on wheels, It's like they forgot to add the body to the frame. I would like to see some nice fiberglass bodies on the cars. As for, Screamin' reminds me too much of old DCA with all the bright colors and what not. Screamin would look way better with open air Intmain cars like on Colossus at Thorpe IMO.

^I do agree about Screamin'. As much as I like the current trains, the Intamin "open air" design would be better you're correct.

I've always liked Magnum's trains. Something about the retro rocket/space design really strikes my fancy.

Anyone know what happened to these trains? Such a shame Carowinds doesn't run them

I never knew that Thunder Road ran such awesome-looking trains! Very cool, and they look pretty comfy, too!

I have to agree that Verbolten has some very nice trains. I'm also partial to the NAD Century Flyers. They're lumbering boxes, but they have style.

When I look for Carowinds history, carowindsearlyyears.com is a good site. Based on the information at this link the trains came from Riverview Park in Chicagoand ran from 76 - 80. PTC cars were purchased to replace them in 1981 because they were too hard on the track.

A little biased right now, but I really like El Loco's cars for the Adventuredome.

The new trains on Coastersaurus at Legoland Florida look really nice. I also like the look of the trains that the Thunderbolt at Kennywood has.

I also think the trains look cool for Dodonpa

Incredible Hulk's trains have always been a favorite of mine. They are so sleek and well-themed!

I love Schwarzkopf trains. i just prefer the past greatness rather than today's modern stuff,

I find myself partial to car themed trains or train themed trains. Xcelerator, Thunder Mountain, etc.

When it comes to old-school wooden coaster trains, I'll go with Kennywood's Thunderbolt.

I'm partial to Verbolten's trains, too.

But I agree with Robb, even though I've never ridden it--Raptor's trains look pretty damn cool.

Being that I just rode it for the first time tonight, I thought Wild Eagle's trains were pretty neat looking.

^I think all B&M wing coaster trains look good. Now that these are open (or at least built ) they should also be mentioned. It's amazing how good Flying over the rainforest's trains look even in the distance.

Flying Over the Rainforest. Especially at night when the LED lights turn on.

Not the prettiest in the bats case but very nicely done train design on the (original) Bat and Eagle Fortress.

Some new hotness for this year:

Seven Dwarfs Mine Train

Il Tempo Extra Gigante at Hunderfossen Familiepark. It is said this train will feature smoke and sound effects!

I have to agree with Robb, Raptor has awesome trains.

These will always hold a special place in my heart

But i've always had a strange thing for these too, just like the clunky style:

I've always loved the look of Premier's older LIM launched coaster trains. I think it's a shame that they've switched to the boxy, generic-looking, 6-person car trains they use now.
