I will have to say camping. Camping is so much fun, you get to spend time with your family and friends, you get to cook food outside, sleep outside, and do so many wonderful things with nature. Hiking, swimming, rafting, you name it.
Once the weather warms up I'll be running a lot. Running is great; when I'm stressed it makes me forget all about it, calms me down, and after a good run through my neighborhood I'm always happy. Plus when I did it 3 times a week last year I lost somewhere between 5 and 10 pounds in about a month and a half.
