Yea--the NL competition we just hosted on Coasterforce was to "reinvent the boomerang", thus causing me to have to find pictures of essentially EVERY boomerang! Lol...so I saw that one a couple months ago.

Pretty crazy, and while some people don't like the look, I actually do.

hmm, that's pretty cool looking.

At first, I was contemplating whether the headbanging would be any better but on second look... the restraints look pretty much the same as regular old boomerang ones.

Those wouldn't by chance be the new "KumbaK" steel coaster trains are they? I think they may have also been used on a vekoma corkscrew somewhere...weird.

They do look pretty funky though.

EDIT ^ Homeboy beat me to it!

Yeah, I noticed these once while hopping around rcdb. I'm not sure if they are really cool looking or really dumb looking. Either way, it looks like a better ride than the old trains.

Ooh, very contemporary. Gravity Max has a different style of train to the usual ones as well I believe. Wonder if they make the ride any smoother though?

To be fair, they're on a almost brand new Boomerang so it shouldn't be really bad.

That nose kinda reminds me of an anteater; I think I'd tell 'em to leave it off too. What else is interesting are the new wheel assemblies that look like they have individual pivots connected to each other with a tie rod. I wonder if these run a lot smoother than the old Arrow or Vekoma trains.

I was supposed to ride it last summer but we went to Särkänniemi instead This year I'll definately ride it as I go there for Thunderbird!

Yes they may be ugly, even as ugly as TTD trains but they also may be smooth!!!! Maybe thats the new coaster trend the uglier they are the smoother they are!

Guess you just have to go ride it to find out!!
