Knoebels doesn't really have a skyline, but pulling in to the parking lot and seeing the top of Twister and Impulse poking up from behind the trees gets me excited every time.

I'm also quite fond of Dorney from across Hamilton Boulevard. I can't find a good picture and I have to work today so I can't run over and snap one myself, but if you've been to Dorney you know what I'm on about.

Yes, Dorney Park's skyline is quite nice. I was able to get some photos of the park from across the street from the McDonald's parking lot during my first visit back in June.

Here's my photo of Dorney Park's skyline:

Coming east on 78 right before Hamilton Boulevard exit gives a BEAUTIFUL view of Dorneys skyline.

When I was 13 years old and driving out on the Cedar Point causeway for the very first time, no image will stick in my mind more than my first view of Cedar Point across the lake and how mesmerizing it was...and this was before GateKeeper. I visited again in 2014, and GateKeeper made it even more great. And now with Valravn, that will be icing on the cake. No other park can come close to the sheer amount of steel in the air at Cedar Point.

Honorable mentions are also SFMM and Knott's. However that may be a little biased as I frequent those parks.

I feel like my gut reaction was that nothing can top the Cedar Point peninsula shot but honestly some of it's point lure is that you know they are so many great rides but the rides are spread out. Looking at some of these other parks really shows there are other cool skylines.

It is clear that cedar point definitely takes the crown with this one, however I'm quite surprised that no one has come up with six flags great adventure!? I mean come on ,rides like toro, ka, superman, green lantern and nitro all look impressive to say the least.

CP crushes every other park Ive been to, especially arriving for the first time at night.

Honorable mentions are Great Adventure because its hidden til you get into the parking lot and then you're in a coaster oasis. And Morey's because their lighting packages are awesome.

and a great view for the Fourth of July fireworks! Shame the state troopers don't let you camp out on the on ramps anymore.

I love looking for Ka sticking out over the trees on the way in. During HitP with the lack of leaves on the trees, you could see it from the WaWa right up the road.

^ I noticed that w/ Ka too, the two times driving to HITP, its usually hard to see in summer. And then once you're in the lot, coasters in every direction.

Also, I've posted this here probably in the Moreys thread but it deserves a post in this thread if it hasn't been.

Cedar Points skyline is the ONLY skyline that ever makes me cry tears of joy when I see it... No other park has ever been able to do that, so Cedar Point will always be the best for me! Never arrived at night though, so I may have to make that happen this summer!

Hershey has a pretty great skyline but the only spot you can really take it all in at is on the Kiss Tower. I love how they have so many coaster mixed and intertwined. If you look on the edge of the picture on the right Stormrunner tries to photobomb the picture.
