WTF? I don't want TWO immelmans, give me an Immelman and a cobraroll or something!

Oh well, who am I kidding? This ride will still kick butt.

Plus three minutes along with 10 ACROSS FLOORLESS TRAINS?!??

crap...

Looks great to me! Who cares if it's a clone, or semi-clone? If a design's good, then why whine about duplicating it with a slight enhancement like floorless cars? Heck, I don't hear anyone ever whining about the Batman clones. They're still considered the "golden age" beemers, right? Back when they were forcefull, blah blah blah.

Congrats to Busch for another superb coaster to compliment an already great park!

Btw, great logo as well.

That's quite true. I thoroughly enjoy SheiKra, and believe Griffon will be good too. Just seems kinda odd that Busch would go and get something so similar to something they already have when they've never done that before. Still, perhaps its because its such an untested ride type. The little differences like the second Immelmann and the floorless trains should make for something a little more unique. At least Busch doesn't give everything the same name and logo. 2007 is looking at being another good year for coasters!

Now if only parks would go back to getting the new ride opened on the park's opening day instead of 2 months later!

I was thinking this was going to have a Zero G Roll for the second inversion as the rumors had been saying-but my guess is that the Immelman is the only inversion that will currently work with such wide trains. Nonetheless, this looks like it will be quite an awesome ride. Looks like they have taken the Dive Machine to the next level like they did for Flyers with Tatsu. The whole ride looks good, and I'm sure the floorless trains will enhance it, but that second Immelmann over the water and then the little airtime hill into the splash look particularly interesting. And that has to be one of the coolest logos I have seen in a while.

I'm Happy, It looks better than Sheikra IMO and 10 wide is pretty crazy (did you honestly ever think you would see that?) Logo kicks major booty.

Interesting though that you do not see loch ness in the CG I wonder how close the 2nd Immelman will come to the station?

It looks just awesome!

The beguinning of the drop with nothing between you and the ground lookas insane!

The head chopper after the drop look pretty cool too!!!

I love the colors; I love the new trains and I love the airtime hill befor the splash area.

I wish it was just a little bit closer to where I live!

I think this coaster looks great but, its not up to BGE to make the design, B&M reps come out and survey the area to see whats best fit there..I mean its not even a clone so I am happy. All BGE says is "We want a coaster" they come out look at the area , they then see which model would best fit and they survey, render etc.

Well, we joked SheiKra's name as Shakira, well, this ride is the long rumored Family Guy ride.

Peter Griffin: The Ride.

And my opinion on the dive machine, typical BGE coaster, a 1UP of a Busch Gardens Tampa coaster.

listen closer

I think the ride experiences will be very similar (which is good for Griffon) and to me, the only difference is the location... mmmmmm... Griffon will have a nice location.

awwwwwwwwwwwwwww man! I REALLY thought bge would put in a woodie at this point. the park has never had a really fantastic woodie, and, if you ask me, needs to follow in bga's footsteps. look at the success of bga's woodie, and they are SURROUNDED by commercial businesses. why can't bge, in the middle of the FOREST add a good ole' WOODIE?????

I guess bge wanted to put in a family-friendliy low-thrill ride where lemans used to be so they could appeal to younger children and older people. the griffon will probably just be a lame kiddie coaster. I think bge needs to clear out the big bad wolf and put in a good woodie back there. it makes sense in the germany section, with the section's history with wooden rides and such. busch gardens europe needs to learn to look for thrills instead of appealing to younger kids and less-experienced thrillers.

oh well, I didnt actually think bge would do anything good.

1. A woodie would produce too much noise beyond local limits, so they can't put in a ginormous wooden coaster like El Toro. However, a country club is nearby the park, and rich people want peace and quiet.

2. BGE is fine as it is, if you want thrills, drive the extra hour towards PKD.

3. Griffon a lame kiddie coaster? You're such a noob, 205 feet too small for you? Sorry, every park can't be like Cedar Point or Six Flags Great Adventure...
