funkeymon Posted September 2, 2011 Posted September 2, 2011 Nice screens everyone! Insanity: I really want to do a full on duo with you. A lot. PM me later. Two screens today. I would say that I'm at 45%. Stand-up for the park. SCR12.BMP
tdub96 Posted September 2, 2011 Posted September 2, 2011 Reminds me of Shockwave, the old Intamin stand-up at Drayton.
the ghost Posted September 2, 2011 Posted September 2, 2011 Lionheart: A Gravity Group model that uses a lot of modern technology but also follows some of the traditions that originally made CCI famous in the coaster industry... aka a twisted out and back coaster... coming soon! NoLimitsSimulator 2011-08-31 22-47-18-16.bmp Some parts hug the ground! NoLimitsSimulator 2011-08-31 22-47-47-53.bmp 90 degrees! NoLimitsSimulator 2011-08-31 22-48-23-86.bmp Helix... pretty fun!
Whathell05 Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 First time using Google Sketchup for some custom 3ds for a new nolimits coaster, what do you think?
SoCalCoasters Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 I'll continue this project, on one condition...someone knows what it is... Shot0500.bmp "Beta" Screenshot
emberfoot4565 Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 ^ I honestly have no idea. --------------------------------------- Good? Bad?
SoCalCoasters Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 No one gets it? Aw. I was hoping at least one other person on this site besides Motchroid would know about it...
SuicideCarz Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 This is a B&M sit-down called "Orion's Belt" that I will be using in Iris Islands. Obviously Unfinished.
deathbydinn Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 ^ That looks good. My only suggestions would be; - Re-work the first drop so you dont drop into a flat turn - Reverse the barrel roll so it flows better, especially if you're keeping the track before it banked.
AJClarke0912 Posted September 6, 2011 Posted September 6, 2011 First time using Google Sketchup for some custom 3ds for a new nolimits coaster, what do you think? You do realize you could use the Construction Kit to plop your coaster right into SketchUp so you can model around it, right? It'd be a lot easier! Quite a bit easier if you ask me. And it stays as a separate component upon import so it's a quick delete. Your ride is looking fantastic though!
A.J. Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 Scariest head-chopper. IN THE WORLD. Fervor Looping-110906230010000.bmp
Intarider Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 ^Looks great with the two dueling trains, but I believe you could make it even tighter without risk to chop the passengers' hands (nice i305-style lift hill if I see it right btw).
griffonj2022 Posted September 8, 2011 Posted September 8, 2011 ^^Stunning...how do you get a wing coaster like that for RCT2? I like to play around with the game for fun
emberfoot4565 Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 ^^^Djbr, top notch! ------------------------------- I'm thinking a 60-40 chance I keep this. It's kind of out there in my opinion. What do you guys think? teasercoaster.bmp
A.J. Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 (edited) The station is too high, and the final brake run is too short. Otherwise, I like it. Edited September 9, 2011 by A.J.
BigDipper 80 Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 This is still a ways out, what with classes starting up very soon. It's essentially a mirror image of Xcelerator.
braztaz Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 Looking good, Dotro! I'll put up a progress screen as well... SCR351.BMP
Dotrobot Posted September 11, 2011 Posted September 11, 2011 Yesh :3 but coasterfreak made huge changes to the layout for me which i'm so thankful for. He also did the supports for me because i can't do supports for a diddly squad
