downunder
^This Film Is Not Yet Rated, I really want to see that one. Forgetting Sarah Marshall, I wasn't expecting much but I really enjoyed it, I thought Russell Brand was especially funny with some cool support spots from Superbad alum's Bill Hader & Jonah Hill. And then there was the drool facor of Mila Kunis and Veronica Mars (what's her real name?). Though there was an unneccessary amount of sausage in this film. Hotlanta
Burn After Reading was pretty good. Didn't even know about the movie until i saw the trailers last couple of days and it was very good. Loved the trailer for the new Bond movie; this is one flick i can't wait for http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kQW2MtibAmk

Groteslurf
The Grudge 1 : 9/10 Although the story is crap, I just love the atmosphere of the Grudge : the music, sound effects, the little guy with the white face, ...
onewheeled999
Well, the wait is over. I finally saw The Dark Knight yesterday. And it did not disappoint. Best movie of the year, hands down. And one of the best movies I've ever seen. That boat scene... Jeez that was freaky.
Bolliger&Mabillard
Laakeview Terrace 9/10 Show me someone who thinks Samuel L. Jackson isn't a good actor, and I'll show you a jerk-faced terrorist. The plot seems to be a bit cliched at the begining, but it's one of those movies that if you pay attention to the small things, there's one scene that'll put it all in to perspective for you. I mean the drama, the humor, the suspense. It works for so many audiences. I recommend you see this film. Worst case scenario you'll leave the theatre hating cops. knottslover77
Burn After Reading It was disappointing, Not that it wasn't funny, but it really wasn't funny. It was funny enough to make me smile the whole time, and gigle here and their, It just wasn't funny enough for even the person next to me to hear me. I was the only one though a 200 seat theater over 90% full and every single person, but me were laughing like crazy. B- --Jay

Groteslurf
28 weeks later 9/10 As usual I didn't know what this movie was about. To be honest I thought this was a romantic comedy movie. It turned out to be a completely different genre. What a nervebreaking movie. I really enjoyed watching this.
TheBannedKid
Finding Forrester 9/10 It's always good to set some time aside to watch a wonderful movie. I hope to do it much more often.
alpengeist04
28 days later 9/10 As usual I didn't know what this movie was about. To be honest I thought this was a romantic comedy movie. It turned out to be a completely different genre. What a nervebreaking movie. I really enjoyed watching this. Were you possibly confusing the two movies 28 days and 28 days later? Anyway, I'm glad you enjoyed the movie.

Anyway, I'm glad you enjoyed the movie. OMG. I had no idea there were more than 1 movie with more or less the same title. After some doublechecking and watching a trailer on the net, it turns out that we watched 28 weeks later, not 28 days later. I'll edit my above post. jmicha
^Well, actually there are three. 28 Weeks Later is the sequel to 28 Days Later. 28 Days is a completely different story.
TheBannedKid
Basically 28 Days Later sucked and 28 Weeks Later was decent. I watched them out of order and immediately ran to get the first movie since I liked the second...not the case with the first.
RctInfinity
^ I thought 28 Days Later had too many happy parts in it (the grocery store...even though the music during that scene was cool) and I liked 28 Weeks Later better, too. Rocky Horror Picture show was awesome. I liked it a lot, and I can't wait to see the tribute show at HHN this Friday.
Manny In England
^ I thought 28 Days Later had too many happy parts in it Those were just the characters trying to distract themselves from a horrible reality. The film does reality about as well as can be expected from a zombie film.

Groteslurf
88 minutes : 8/10 Genius storyline. Although some parts were a bit boring, I rate it 8/10 because of Al Pacino.
the ghost
Fightclub 8.5/10 Extremely original and beautifully done but a little too dark for my taste. The ending kicked ass though 500th post
ms13
Eagle Eye: Hmmm...I'm torn about this movie. I liked it, but I'm not sure how much. My main problem was that I was expecting a straight forward action movie. And while there was some great action, this movie deserves to go into another genera, instead of action. Thats all I'll say about that, if you've seen the movie, you know what I mean. Shia is a great actor, and was by default great. Billy Bob was great, as well as everyone else. Pacing was great, never really let up. The twist halfway through the movie is what ruined it for me... I'd give it a 7.5 out of 10. Or, in other terms, 3 3/4 Crazy Transformers Robot Action out of 5! Oh, and Burn after Reading =Awesome! 8.5/
jmicha
^I know what you mean about the twist. I mean, it was interesting, but not what I was expecting, and not in a very good way. But overall, the movie was pretty good. I'd give it a 8/10.
Groteslurf
We saw 2 more movies : Death at a funeral 9/10 After watching the first 15 minutes of this movie, we decided to give it 5 more minutes before turning it off. The first 15 minutes were very boring but then suddenly there were some great jokes and we really enjoyed the rest of the movie. It was long time ago that I had to laugh out loud while watching a movie but there was some real brilliant stuff in this movie. I especially like the 'Try Philippe' part. Hot Fuzz 6.5/10 Also some good jokes in this movie but overall we didn't really like this movie. The shooting plot was ok and I also liked the 2 'moustache' inspectors.
