Sometimes, waiting in line isn't the problem, it's the waiting conditions. I'd be pleased to wait an hour for Dueling Dragons, but the same can not be said for most rides.

What is the dirtiest, filthiest, most down-right nauseating queue line you've waited in? They can get pretty bad, with culprits like bubble gum, rubbish, dirt, ect. Some queues are so neglected, that the presence in the queue is more horrifying than the wait itself!

I'd have to say, that my worst would be Mindbender ay SFOG. There was a large tree that was COVERED in discarded chewing gum, featuring every color of gum imaginable. Yuck...

SF Great America's Batman, in the storm drain, look down and marvel at the little creek of bacteria and trash that's just festering there from god knows how long ago. I'm surprised it hasn't given way to new life forms.

Jurassic Park at USH. Trashcans in the queue were beyond overflowing. About a 4 foot area around each trashcan was a wonderful array of trash. I also remember one night walking through Scream at SFMM and it was unexcusably horrible. Don't remember any trashcans overflowing, but you were constantly walking over tons of trash in the queue and up the stairs.

Bottom line, crap happens at every park. Even at Disneyland I've seen dirty grounds. Just because I walk through a dirty line at Scream or Jurrasic Park once doesn't really mean I'm going to downrate the ride/park because of it. Now, a constant problem of it of course.

Mean Streak's line back in 2003 and DT's all the time.

DT has a nasty gum wall, it's hidden away and hard to see but it's there. I'm sure DT has a bad wall of stuff somewhere and the No Streak line in 2003 had puke in two of the reserve queue sections in 2003. eww.

I've seen puke in lines, but the Mean Streak incident in 2003 was beyond excusing.

I've never had anything beyond a few pieces of gum on fences, bits of litter here and there, but the worst queue to get stuck in (in my opinion) is Air at Alton Towers. All you can see is trees and I bet when it's hot you die in the queue.

I was in line for Renegade a week after it opened at Valleyfair and it was already full of gum and graffiti on the walls and queue railings. I can't imagine what it looks like now.

1st TPR post BTW.

While waiting in line for Honey I shrunk the Audience at EPCOT, there was a pile of garbage in the corner of the queue around three feet high. I was shocked, since it was a Disney park. While this might not be the worst or dirtiest line I've ever been in, it's one that sticks in my mind.

Though honestly, as much time as I have spent in parks, I generally find them all to be pretty well kept. The only park I would ever say was a mess was Lake Compounce, and the large majority of the trash were the stupid free drink cups.

For me it was Renegade for a while but they've removed the gum and put walls up for the graffiti. I remember it on opening day. It looked amazing. The queue was flawless. But now cuz of the plastic boards it looks kinda bland and weird. THANKS A TON GP!

I didnt wait in it but I did go in and it was S:UF at SFGAm Smelled horrible in there.

A roller coaster I waited in with a nasty Queue was Hurler at KD. There was a knocked over trash can and I saw Rats in it.

Medusa at SFDK was the trashiest line ever. There was trash all over the path, a spilled soda in the middle of the queue under the station, and trash cans overflowing. There was literally trash piled up along the walls in the entire area.

The water rapids ride at what was Six Flags Belgium was horrible when I went there. The people in line were quite obnoxious and there was gum stuck to just about every wall in the queue. I don't remember if there was a lot of trash everywhere, but it was just pretty nasty in general.

That's weird because I was there 3 weeks ago and that was one of the cleanest lines ever. BTW, SFGAm's Batman was pretty disgusting, including the "scenery".

^ and ^^ You guys both realize that they are packing 40,000 people into that place on HHN. That includes tons of teens and drunk 20 somethings. Most of this thread would be non existant if the people in America were not such filthy slobs.

^So true...

Ok its not the whole line for this one but in the Hulk queve, right before you get to the cars, theres this giant computer keyboard type thing, and people just stick tons of beer bottles on theres with trash and in some cases gum, lots and lots of gum.

And in Doctor Dooms line right before the station is the giant wall of gum, its disgusting, then I went back a few days ago and it was scraped off.
