  1. Mountain Dew Sangrita Blast (however that's spelled) Tasty, but not as tasty as a good ol' Baja Blast!
  2. I wish I had some of those coupons for my visits to Cedar Point. I go to the park enough during the season that I probably would've used most, if not all, of those during the year. 30 dollars off each night Breakers or Sandcastle? Hell yeah!
  3. Dania Beach Hurricane several times during Spring Break 2008, I will say Boomers was about two hours from closing when I got the credit. But it's just interesting to hear the wind, creaking of the wooden track and the noises of the coaster all by yourself. I rode the ride about 10-15 times, a good 4 or 5 of them with 4-5 other people. But, the occasions when I was alone... it was just calming in a mechanical way. It wasn't that bad of a wooden coaster at all. As the TPR Facebook page commented, it's a woodie that defies the laws of regular wooden coaster physics. It was insanely smooth! Fun ride, shame it's been sitting dormant of activity the last couple years.
  4. Indeed, great report Chadster! Thanks for sharing! Which reminds me, I need to get back there one day. Been almost a decade since I last visited!
  5. Heineken. It's one of the very few beers I can drink without shuddering or pulling a face. Otherwise, it's mixed drinks all the way for me.
  6. September 2015 can't come fast enough! I've been looking forward to hearing more about this. It looks really nice and still tickles at my dormant love for Harry Potter all these years later.
  7. True, and we've also have been in the market for good relievers. That's something we need a few more of!
  8. I had a tall glass of Coca-Cola on ice. Nothing beats the classics!
  9. Mini-Hotness and the Summer West Coast as a combination (If it's offered as one) is looking really, really good to me right now. Just have to save up for payments and work something out with my parents to get those in on time! Next summer is looking brighter to me already!
  10. Angry Orchard Cinnful Apple. It's like drinking a bitter apple pie and it's a cider I know. Rather tasty, too.
  11. It'll finally be 77-85 for once! It seemed for the past week about the weather was like hot, sticky, humid with highs around 95 w/ a heat index of 110. Michigan can be really nice in the winters and summers, and it can be really nasty too. This past week proved how nasty a Michigan summer can be in the southeastern part of the state. OY!
  12. Yeah, I'd totally be up for events during the week. The main reason is I'm still in college and will be working (hopefully soon) part-time as a crossing guard. So, having events on weekdays would work in my favor since crossing guards for schools don't have usual 9-5 hours. We work three in the morning and afternoon usually and it depends if the school needs us that day or not.
  13. I haven't been on either, but Outlaw Run appears more visually appealing with it's forest backdrop. Also, the video footage I've seen of the ride makes it out to what it was supposed to be. A kick-ass, air-time filled scream machine!
  14. I had two glasses of Miller at my last bowling league meet, we can win a free pitcher of beer. We won for the last two weeks, and no one can turn down free beer! Even if it's crapass beer!
  15. Not entirely true on the Word TR - sometimes when your camera dies that today or forgot to charge it's necessary. Besides the point though, just be sure to keep those photos of the league meet handy next time.
  16. Miller Lite because my bowling league team won a free pitcher of beer. I had a glass, lol.
  17. I had Mountain Dew: Whiteout - something I like about this drink.
  18. I've only went to Geauga Lake once, when it was Six Flags and it was NOT 4+ hours away. It was more like 3 hours, but that's not the point I'm making here. I think the use of the place by Six Flags properly killed the place. I really think had not the oversaturation of new attractions that came in not happened, I think the place would've been alot better. I visited in the Summer of 2003 and my mother could tell how bad the park was struggling even then. She didn't really tell me when I was a young teenager, but later on I could understand why she didn't like the place. It also explains why she made a conscious effort to keep myself, my brother and my own dad even away from the place in the Summer. EDIT: I live in a Detroit suburb, and that's why I said it wasn't over four hours away. I'm trying not to appear rude, just saying it was wrong.
  19. Well, it looks like Pilgrims' Plunge has been renamed Giraffica? Any confirmation as to why it was moved over to Splashin' Safari and what's the real reason for the name change?
  20. I love family or sibling run joints that create and make things like that! Europe needs more of this, well not to a crazy degree but to moderation across the continent I would say. I absolutely love family-run locations that use creativity and have their own crazy dishes, sides and meals. LOVE IT!
