Spiffy!

I do wish they'd be more accurate with some of the photos, though. How hard can it be to use SFMM's Ninja photo for SFMM's Ninja, instead of, say, SFoG's Ninja (I can't tell which Ninja it is, but you get my drift).

Otherwise, it's a very nice layout.

What is weird is that they list SFDL on the menu and when you select, they have a notice saying "As you may have heard, Six Flags Darien Lake theme park is being sold. But rest assured the park will be open for business May 5, 2007. Please come to the park for another exciting season of rides, fun and attractions."

I thought that was pretty interesting. Perhaps it was part of the deal to keep a notice on their website?

Even better...

The only difference at the top of the page is the name of the park, lol. It even says it has side-to-side swings!

You'd think SFSL would be the same, but it doesn't even have a picture.

EDIT:

OMG!

Click video - you can move the slider across the whole page. It's fabulous!

This is better than the old site, but there's bound to be errors, as with any new (or sometimes, old) site Here's one:

Massive monster coasters. Awesome adventure rides. Fun family events. We're talking serious thrills at Magic Mountain. Starting with 15 wild coasters, including the world's tallest, fastest and longest, Tatsu. You'll also find cool rides and events for the whole family. Check them all out using the tools below.

At least we know what they mean. This site is a real improvement though, that last one was getting old years ago.

Well, I heard about the new website, so I logged on so I could purchase a Six Flags Season Pass for my local park Six Flags America. Although I got my Play pass all right, I did have an issue with the info page (the page you must enter your infomation in order to pay for the season pass). The page was much longer than my screen allowed and everytime I entered something and clicked on enter, the screen would reset back to the top - and I had to constantly scroll down because the screen would automatically reset back to the top after each click.

Did anyone else experienced this when they were purchasing their season pass?

Otherwise, the new website is great!

i don't like the new calendar for the opening hours. you have to hover over every day in order to see if the park is open or not...

I agree! I liked the old way much better. It was so much easier to read.

While yes, there are a LOT of errors on the website...I like the feeling a lot!

It's really a much more warm and welcoming feeling on the site. The colors, designs, and interface are good to me.

Overall, especially for the effort, kudos to Six Flags!
