P. 2037: Siren’s Curse tilt coaster announced for 2025!

Recommended Posts

Okay I'm loving this. I'm assuming Club TPR is considered a "recognized roller coaster club" for the Millennium Force walkback right?

If you click on the events, you can select the roller coaster club and ClubTPR is listed, so yes, it is considered a ''recognized roller coaster club'', how could it not be?

For the camping event, I wonder what "grassy area" they are going to use as the campground area? The only areas I can think of is under Millennium force, or maybe the area between gemini and the monster. Of course there is also all that room inside of the antique cars/turnpike cars area as well.

Has anyone heard of this guy or seen his stuff? He has some really interesting and random Cedar Point stuff for sale:

http://www.ebay.com/sch/cedarpointer1990/m.html?item=200684212468&pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2eb9b610f4&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2562

The selling of stuff like those miniature models leads me to believe he's probably associated with the guy who works at the wood shop. He has a number of items like that for sale inside there and much larger stuff that he's willing to do. Someone commissioned him a couple years back to build a full replica of the Schwabinchen figure, and he used that in turn to create a mold for future resin casts.

Looks like the mystery restaurant that is being built across from the monster ride is Chickie's and Petes. I have never heard of this restaurant before, but I guess they are known for crab fries. Anybody ever eaten at this place before?

Here is a video that was just released about the upcomming summer at cedarpoint.

I wonder if they are going to carry the full menu, or a limited menu?

I found the full regular menu online here....

Seems like an odd choice of a restaurant for cedarpoint to go with. I guess that I was just thinking that it would have been a national chain restaurant or an in house eatery.

Someone in the CF chain clearly has good taste.

Chickie's & Pete's is AWESOME! It began in Philadelphia (where I live) and has a few stand-alone restaurants in the area, as well as stands at Lincoln Financial, Wells Fargo, and Citizen Bank Park.

I get it every time I'm at an Eagles or 76er's game.

Dorney Park has two locations. One of which is a walk-up window (I've eaten there several times) and a new sit-down restaurant. The walk-up window has a very limited menu, offering only crab fries and chicken strips (about $8 each). I'm sure the full-service location offers the entire menu, or at least close-to.

If you're in the park and want some great fries and chicken, Chickie's and Pete's is the place to go.
