asr
Out of all 22 coasters and various flat rides I have been on, the winner is... Disaster Transport, Cedar Point. But only because the parks i've been too are cedar point (most people say TTD is CP's best themed ride) Six Flags Great Adventure (A nice, fairly well themed park, but themed queue lines? none that I could see) and Six Flags New England (where the best theming of the coasters is a tie between S:ROS and B:TDK, which are barely themed at all!) oriolat
1- Pirates of the Caribbean (Disneyland Park) 2- Batman la Fuga (Parque Warner) 3- Coaster Express (Parque Warner) - but only the former queue area. Nowadays you cannot see the themeing because the queue building is no longer in use. 4- Templo del Fuego (PortAventura) 5- Sea Odyssey (PortAventura)

Nrthwnd
I took a look at what there was about good queue lines and GREAT ones you've been in, that made waiting a bit more enjoyable. Couldn't find anything similar, so I decided to take the chance and list this Topic. One of my favourites easily, is the queue running through a literal "museum" of (fake) stuff at "Journey To The Center of The Earth" At Tokyo Disney Sea. And another one is also at TDS, that being the queue for Indiana Jones and The Crystal Skull attraction. So much to look at, while moving along. And one of my smaller coaster favourite queues, was The Joker at Six Flags Mexico. A small Fun House to go through, on the way to the loading stn. Great! I know many of you out there think/thought the old Dueling Dragons queue at IoA was pretty awesome, if you went through the Standby Lines. Photos are great to share, and the memories are always welcome. (I did find a Topic that was for favourite AND worst queues, but I just wanted to read about what people liked.) In the Indy Jones queue. Wonderful theming. TPR 2013 Japan Tour.
Superbatboy
As old as it is, I love queue for Space Mountain at Disneyland. I guess nostalgia from childhood days.
ArgoZ
Some coasters that come to mind: Black Mamba Manta Nemesis Dragon Challenge Wodan Timber Coaster - probably the best coaster queue.

Ed Farmer
Manta and non-Pottered Dueling Dragons immediately come to mind. Another one that I've always enjoyed even though it's a far cry from much of what you'll find in Florida is a well-done Batman the Ride queue (unsurprisingly, there are varying levels of quality from example to example across the chain). Honorable mention goes to the fire escape theming found on Sidewinder at Elitch Gardens (and probably all Arrow Shittle Loops, for that matter) - just because wtf. gerstlaueringvar
^That's a really good one! Tokyo Disney Sea's Journey, Tower of Terror, Indiana Jones and Toy Story; Epcot's Test Track; Ocean Kingdom's Parrot Coaster; USJ's Space Fantasy, Forbidden Journey aside from the locker room and Jaws; SDC's Outlaw Run; Holiday World's Thunderbird; BGT's Montu and Cheetah Hunt. mike541x
Out of the ones I've been in, Manta at SWO. It's pretty much an aquarium in a queue line which keeps you entertained while you wait. Also the queue music is a nice touch as well.
Andysol
Manta is great. Several of the Disney ones are obvious- Test Track, ToT, Star Tours, Expedition Everest (one of the best), Haunted Mansion, Space Mountain, The little mermaid. The Mummy was fantastic. I really love the interactive ones now such as 7DMT and Winnie the Pooh- the change to that direction is much better. My favorite pre-show ever has been the Simpsons at USF by a mile. Freakin' hilarious.
TheoB
Probably the egyptian the,ed dark ride at Lotte World, The Swarm sort of the screens are good but there isn't much theming really? Not sure past that without listing Universal and Disney rides
chickenbowl
Dragon Challenge, Forbidden Journey, and Escape from Gingotts are all extremely well done! I typically love a lot of Disney queues as well. Both US Tower of Terrors are amazing. Radiator Springs Racers is fantastic, and so is Seven Dwarfs Mine Train! Outside of Disney and Universal... I would choose Manta at SWO, I love the interaction between the queue and the aquarium!
