  1. This goes for me too. I'm horrible at it as are most of my friends (we never actually keep any type of score when we play) so having all these other elements along the course is great!
  2. Boooo! That's all I have to say (not like I actually go to any of their properties though...)
  3. Thanks, Now I'm going to have this song stuck in my head all week!
  4. ^Everything he said. I'm also anticipating the next chapter in this story!
  5. Flash and Wonder Woman are re-theme's of the flats in (former) Gotham City aren't they? thought I read that somewhere. AT WCB, They mentioned the new show for the Magic Moments theater would be a lazer, music and lights show ("My generation?), and that one would also be put on the fountains in the front of the park. (Rhythm of the Night?) Those would be my guesses.
  6. Oh man, AWESOME photos, so many memories coming back from my trip in 2006, Hopefully in about 5-10 years the Gold Coast parks will have enough for me to warrant a return trip (although I freakin' loved Sydney)
  7. This last weekend was FANTASTIC, and I guess a small part of that was you guys lol, just kidding. It was great to finally hang out with you guys at an actual park after how long we've known each other! Can't wait to see the Knott's day photos. That was a crazy day in the rain. And I'm innocent until proven guilty, damn it!
  8. "Whooh oh oh, oh oh hell to the no-no-no-no-no-no-no-no!" lol I LOVED last nights episode.
  9. I love the TRONcore part of World Of Color. Glad you had a great time, and can't wait to see some pics (you despite the fact I'm there once a week anyway lol)
  10. I don't even like chocolate and this looks AMAZING!
  11. Firefox 3.16.13 loaded the site like your video until I disabled the adblock add-on then it loaded pretty quickly, and it loaded in about a second in a half in Opera 11.01.
  12. ^After digging around a little (and it's mostly comments in videos or other articles about this, so nothing official) it happens a couple of times of year with or without human help with the constant flooding the river gets due to the rain. Here's a blog post from December 2009 with pictures from the event (scroll about halfway down). Seems like fun and potentially dangerous, but according to the blog most of the surfers on it are lifeguards anyway.
  13. Excellent job! The graphics were very good and it had quite a bit of humor in it. Keep up the great work and I hope you post more of your videos. It reminds me a lot of my favorite short film from last year "Pixels" by Patrick Jean.
  14. ^^This was posted a few pages back, and the park is closed that day so no admission is needed.
  15. While I'm glad elecTRONica is working out (That is an AMAZING sound system for being outdoors) I also really liked the bright and very colorful GLOWfest and thought they could have easily brought that back for another summer. Oh well, it'll still be fun during the summer and extended hours to go get drunk and dance lol.
  16. And what's great, they are all campatible, AND I can use my old iphone account on my Captivate!
  17. ^^Correct, both WiMax and LTE in their current forms do not meet the requirement for 4G, but as soon as they get their upgrades in a few years, they will be able to be true 4G (and not just in advertising!). After having the iPhone 3g for a few months, and the iPhone 3GS for even less, I'm now using a Samsung Galaxy S phone (Captivate on AT&T) rooted to run stock Android 2.2. I freaking love it so so far.
  18. I'd wager everyone on their mailing list got an invite, I got the e-mail as well but haven't had a pass (or stepped foot in the park) since 2009. I agree it's just regular surveys the other parks throw out as well.
  19. Since the actual prizes seem to be far more difficult to get now, I won myself a shiny teal ball lol.
  20. I think since Warner Brothers Entertainment owns all rights to the Batman character and name (including alternate names such as The Dark Knight, The Caped Crusader and The World's Greatest Detective) under it's ownership of the DC Entertainment it's not as much of an issue For Six Flags with it's DC character exclusivity as let's say them using Terminator: Salvation; while the film was released under Warner Brothers Entertainment stateside, the actual rights belong to the Halcyon Company so separate deals have to be made with other companies which is why it was nixed as opposed to The Dark Knight (and remember, SFNE Opened a Dark Knight coaster in 2002 long before the re-launch of the Batman brand). /movie-coaster nerd
