Maybe they will be kind of like gerstlauer's eurofighter trains which only twist laterally (not fully articulated) with the difference that this has three rows. I guess we'll see. -

TR: Two short Happy Valley Park visits in 5 Days

Nice shots! I'd really like to try one of those new S&S launched coasters. Too bad this one is rough (but it still looks like a really fun ride) -
"Welcome back riders, how was your ride?"
rcjp replied to Samuel's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I guess the ride where I noticed it the most was millennium force where everyone seemed to be super exited and saying: "best ride ever!!" by the end. It also seems to be a coaster where a lot of people tend to put their hands up. -

^Once more, it's funny how they named it "carousel" rather than just helix. To look fancy I guess. -
Avalanche's LOOPING Vertical Drop Water Slide!

^Log flumes fit that too. I know, right? I mean, it's obviously very exiting to see something like this getting built and the "burn-free" feature is nice but it's not quite the same as a "pure" slide where you ride on your own. -
Yesterday. When was the last time you slept over 10 hours?

^I also liked it. My mom read the books and so, naturally, there were a few things she pointed out but I think she was also pleased. Overall, it was a good film.

Avalanche's LOOPING Vertical Drop Water Slide!

I think I'm more surprised about the vertical drop than the actual loop. And 6Gs?! -

Looks great! I think the snake theming will go pretty well with those long articulated GCI trains. -

^Hey I wasn't complaining. It's just that usually, rides with trains of this size dispatch them fairly quickly (also because they're faster to unload, load and check) while 1:30 min would be more of a B&M with 32 seat-trains, for instance. ^^Thanks for the POV -

Now that you mentioned it, I imagine they can now have their 4d coasters use these trains as they look more comfortable than the current ones. I believe these use a different system than the 4D ones on X2 and such. The original 4D use the rails to flip the cars whereas the new Batman trains use magnetic strips to flip the cars. I know, I was just talking about the seats (with these vest restraints) as they seem more comfy -

So according to the interview Robb did this ride will have a cable lift which will take a minute and a half to climb. So I'm wondering if the ride will be able to have more than one train on the lift as I imagine that having to wait that much between dispatches (and given the size of the trains) would make capacity rather poor. And, apparently, it will also have the world's steepest drop at 123 DEGREES!! -

^That shot does look awesome. About TB's trains. After all I thing they won't be just like krake as on that ride the magnets on the train (where the fins go) are over the place where the drive tires go (that's why the magnetic brakes are so "high") while on this ride (according to the POV) the LSMs will go next to the tires, so it'll be slightly different.
