  1. I would choose CW,because I have no desire to go to cP again. The ert will make the day fun and going to a new park for me is better then a repeat 90% of the time. On either choice don't count on a lot of TPR craziness as it is very hard to crack the group on a one day visit.
  2. We were there less then 2 years ago.
  3. Or you could just try being yourself and not worry about it. Seriously, as someone who has been on 2 TPR trips I am curious as to where you gathered all this information. I was in a "clique" both times and I got to say I don't view this at all like you described it. I choose to hang out with people I really liked to be with and I have that right since this is my vacation. I got to say I don't see it this way and would love to know why you do.
  4. I actually prefer SFSTL, now some of that is due to overkill at SFGAM, but IMO there are as many good coasters at SFSTL as there are at SFGAM. However the deciding factor for me is I just like the feeling of SFSTL better. Carnage, sorry you had such a bad day there, as we had one of our best. BTW I have no idea what the statement of like HW but not affordable means?
  5. When did a season pass become a neccesity? Its not like they raised the price of bread to more then double. You don't need this, so don't buy it. think of it this way a family of four not buying the pass now has 1,000 dollars to plan a trip to someplace they haven't been to 100 times. It's not exactly a tradegy.
  6. Ban all guests who make up improbable threads. Up next owning your home park on the moon.
  7. Mt. Olympus is currently in my bottom 10 park experiences and has the worst operations of any place I have ever been. I spent less then 2 hours there are my visit. I am planning a small trip through that area again, but I will only be stopping at timberfalls.
  8. I have driven 12+ hours to catch BGE 2 of the last 3 years. It owns PKD on any level other then coaster count. Out of 100 parks BGE ranks as my 3rd favorite.
  9. If the world ends in 2012 will we still be able to ride those rides on the moon?
  10. That was really more of my opinion on why I don't think their a good deal. Sorry if it came off as criticism for those who do massive revisits. My bad.
  11. See I have never been to the same park more then twice in a season. I would rather see 20 different parks, then the same park 20 times. To me the cups are just not that good of deal, and I would hate to carry those big things around all day, paying locker fees, putting them in bins, etc.
  12. ^It was almost 10 years ago I have remarried, so yeah things are good. I was mainly putting the story in for the people who act like they will never find someone or who don't know how to survive their latest break up.
  13. My ex wife informed me she wanted a divorce on Christmas Eve and was cheating with my friend. True story. I win and turned out fine. Get over yourselves. Rich
  14. Why do you guys need so much pop? I never buy the souvenir cup because it is no way worth the money or hassle when I go. I usually just ask for a glass of Ice Water, the only park I have ever had trouble with that is Canobie Lake.
  15. I think that you should probably stay home. Can't you just buy a normal cup? Why does your "family" need so much pop? Is it for its wonderful health value? Get over the price and go to your local park instead of SF. As we all know the smaller parks are struggling to make money so take your admissions, parking fess, and unhealthy obsession with pop and give those places your money.
  16. How cheap would you have to be to not think this was fair. Some of the things that SF used to do just seem like an excuse to lose money.
  17. I have both ears pierced and still currently wear hoops in both ears. I am one of only 3 male teachers in my building who wear earrings to school.
  18. I am guessing the WCB thing is keeping a lot of mods away today, giving this moronic topic a little extra life. I think anyone doing this has way too much time on their hands and should go volunteer somewhere for the betterment of our society.
  19. Yet another decision that shows that CF runs the tamest parks in the country. I am so tired of parks catering to people who complain, as opposed to the millions who are happy with how it is.
  20. I loved the mill race and shoot the rapids, now the park is flume free. If I would have known what the future held for that park I would have went more back in the early 80's. IMO it is just sad what it has become.
  21. Great Tr I have decided I really want to go there.
  22. I have to say it looks better then I thought it would. Still looks like a Nic explosion, but better then I imagined. ^Because nothing that nice is allowed in Terre Haute.
  23. Back in the day when i really enjoyed this park that Monday was a pretty good day to go. As far as the weekend, I almost never go on the weekend if possible. That being said I will be at Waldameer that weekend I hope. Rich "Waldameer>CP" Bitner
  24. I got my credit after spending a day at Strickers. Woo Hoo!
